Villa Tomas is a smartly furnished, 4 bedroom villa with a large private swimming pool and lawned garden, with views over the surrounding countryside. Free WiFi, pool heating(extra € ) and air conditioning/heating in the 4 bedrooms is included.

A private cobbled driveway leads to the front of the villa where there is ample space for your hire cars. The front door opens into a hallway with the bedrooms on the right and living area ahead.

The living area is open plan with the fully equipped kitchen on the left, the dining area in the centre and the lounge on the right. There is ample seating around the feature fireplace and a dining table and chairs, with patio doors in all 3 areas opening onto the pool terrace and gardens.
There is a laundry room and cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen.

To the right of the entrance is a hallway leading to the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom on your left is a double bedroom with patio doors onto the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom on either side of the hall sharing a separate shower room on the left, and the second double bedroom is at the end of the hall, also with an en suite bathroom.

All 4 bedrooms benefit from free air conditioning/heating.

The impressive and spacious pool terrace and gardens at the back of the villa offer plenty of space to relax, soak up the sun and admire the view over the surrounding countryside. The large private pool has Roman steps for easy access and is heated at extra cost. The covered terrace outside the living area has comfortable seating, and there is a table and chairs and brick BBQ for enjoying alfresco meals. The villa enjoys a good deal of privacy with no immediate neighbours and the gardens are bordered by hedging and trees.
