Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo (perfect for up to three couples to share) is situated on a very quiet corner of the Woodhaven Country Club golf and tennis resort, away from traffic noise and has a “million dollar view” from the South facing patio of the golf course and the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains. A short walk away from one of the four community pools/hot tubs and comes equipped with a golf cart for travel within the community.

The Woodhaven Country Club has an affordable, super friendly golf course with brand new carts, a newly renovated pro-shop and restaurant and a popular dining room, and a magnificent backdrop of both the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountains. Eight (4 lighted) tennis courts keep the tennis enthusiast occupied, as well as a well equipped fitness room in the clubhouse.

The condo is only 5 - 20 minutes away from tournaments and concerts including:
- Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival,
- Indian Wells BNP Tennis Open Tournament,
- the ANA Inspiration LPGA Tournament,
- the Humana Challenge PGA Tournament,
- the HITS Thermal Desert Circuit (Equestrian),
- the Empire Polo Grounds,
- La Quinta Art Festival (rated “Best in the Nation” by Art Fair Sourcebook),
- the International Film Festival.

Additional activities 5 - 20 minutes away include:

Desert Delight

Well maintained property. Owners easy to reach. Quiet location on a fairway on North side of golf course so you can take in the southern Sun in winter, and enjoy the shade in summer. Centrally located with easy access to everything. Will stay again!

Exceptional Vacation Home!

This is a beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished condo with a stunning south view! We were in awe the whole month! Owners thought of every detail and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Great communication as well. Woodhaven is a very friendly, welcoming community and we would love to return and stay in this fabulous condo!

Breatht-taking view and a perfect vacation!

Thank you for a great stay! This was simply perfection. It was the first time I had been on vacation in a long time and I was looking for something relaxing, comfortable and safe. This home provided just that. The view is spectacular, you have the space to move around, and go for walks or late night swims in this private gated community. Bonus points: 15 minutes away from some great hiking! Perfect location, great hosts, very responsive and kind, and they have an amazing home. Great for working remotely or if you just need a break! Highly recommend it :)

Tranquil desert beauty

My daughter and I were very fortunate to be guests of our friends at this beautifully-furnished and well-appointed condo. Never having visited Palm Desert before, we did not know what to expect of the area, but had heard that it had an exceptional allure. Very true. We were quickly seduced by the quiet, calm nature of the mountain vistas, the bright sunshine, and the very friendly people. Mornings began with a spectacular mountain sunrise with coffee on the patio right next to a divine lemon tree. In the afternoon, we took advantage of checking out the sights or the spectacular golf courses. Indeed, the home course was in fabulous condition, and offered many challenging holes. At the end of the day, we relaxed in the warm community pool. And, in the unit, there was a wealth of information provided by the Arp family which detailed all the local hikes, restaurants, golf courses, and artistic pursuits. We took advantage of as many opportunities as we could to breathe the mountain air and recharge in a truly peaceful environment. Most importantly, every day, when we returned to the happy golf course condo, it was like being at our own place, with all the comforts of home. And many comforts we hadn't even considered. The condo is stocked with the best bedding, towels, comfy blankets for cool nights, decorative accents, and all the gourmet spices and culinary tools you could want. Every detail was well-considered, and we felt so lucky to have enjoyed a stay at our friends' beautiful California desert dream home. Many thanks to Penny and to Jan for a well-needed escape from our busy lives in the cold north. We hope to return in the near future.

Great Rental

We just returned from a short stay at Palm Desert. We typically winter in Florida but decided to try something different. What a paradise. Sorry Florida. This delightful condo was much more than advertised. We felt like we were staying in someone's home and not a rental property. The best we have stayed at. No surprises. The place is immaculate and comfortably furnished with a gem of a kitchen and every imaginable appliance (except a Keurig, but that's just us, although the drip coffee maker worked well) - all in working order. The many colourful paintings and artwork provided a bright airy spaciousness to the main room. The pool was close by and driving there in the golf cart was a hoot. The golf course is tight, but fun and decently priced. The southern exposure provided a magnificent view of the golf course and the mountains, and we spent most evenings on the patio enjoying the warmth and truly majestical sunsets. The owner was very accessible and professional. We would highly recommend this condo.

Best condo rental

We have stayed in several condos in the Coachella Valley and this was by far the best. Comfortable with all the bells and whistles and with a great entertaining space and flow. We were comfortable the entire time and found we were readily accepted by the community and great neighbours. The delicious lemon tree off the back patio made it a rare treat, fresh lemons for drinks and cooking. Cooking is our passion and this home is a chefs dream. We would recommend to anyone looking for comfort and a great space, centrally located to book this.

Great Location

I would certainly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway in a well maintained gated community. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, every appliance we needed - even an electric lemon press. It was great to have your morning coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course. The patio was sunny all day which was perfect for a December vacation. We used the BBQ just about every night. The fireplace was nice for the cool evenings. I appreciated the internet and free long distance telephone calls. There are an abundance of beach towels for the pool, which was a short walk away and we used everyday. Or you could take the golf cart to the pool!! We had friends come visit us and everyone was impressed with the condo and the complex. The condo is also in a great location for shopping and sight-seeing, very central. The photos and description accurately reflect the home which is very well appointed and every room is comfortably furnished. The owner is very accessible, professional, and very nice. We would definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Palm Dessert.

A Great Winter Getaway!!

We have been visiting the Coachella valley in the desert of Southern California for many years during the winter months enjoying the perpetual sunshine, dry heat and all of the activities that this area has to offer. Our son was so impressed with the area when he came to visit us this year that he decided to purchase a vacation home for his parents to rent from him during some of the winter months and for him and others to enjoy the rest of the year. We love this unit at the Woodhaven Country Club with its fabulous spacious open concept layout and a superb outdoor space for entertaining all of our friends from other parts of North America and Europe who come for a visit. It is well appointed and decorated with comfortable furniture and maintained in immaculate condition. It is also conveniently located –very close to amenities, shopping and numerous entertainments options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back next year!
