The apartment of 45sqm is situated in the typical village of Villefranche-sur-mer, on the hill overlooking the famous Rade de Villefranche and the luxuous peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat . The view from the apartment and the almost 35 sqm terrace is just breathtaking ! Maybe one of the most beautiful of the Riviera. You will be able to enjoy relax on a deck chair in the sun all the day, as it is facing south. You do not have to worry about your car, as you can park free and safety down the apartment. No noise as well, as the place is located in a dead end road.

From the apartment, you will join the city-centre or the beach in 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car.

You will find a large living-room with sofa-bed, sharing space with an fully equipped American kitchen, all opened on the terrace. The bedroom is also open on the terrace and furnished with a queen-size bed (160/200). In the bathroom you will find an Italian-style shower ; toilets are detached for more commodity.
Completely new , everything is new, practical, modern and chosen tastefully.
You will find a big screen flat television, Wifi, there is as well a washing machine and a dish-washer, micro-wave oven, an induction cooker and all which is essential in a successful and peaceful stay.
Animals are accepted with prior agreement of the owner.

- The Ephrussi de Rotschild museum in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, its china collection and its fabulous gardens
- The chapel Sancta Maria de Olivo in Beaulieu, showroom
- The garden of Olivaie in Beaulieu, to bask in the grass in the shade of hundred-years-old olive trees or play with the children and listen music during the 'Nuits des Guitares'.
- The Citadel of Villefranche sur Mer, fortress of the XVIth century, as well as her museums, Volti and Goetz-Boumeester and her gardens
- The Oceanographic museum of Monaco
