Tranquil & Quiet Villa Apartments- Mellieha bay C

Thank you for staying with us .. Lourdes and Joe

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you liked the apartment overall. We’re sorry that cleanliness, bed comfort, and water pressure did not meet expectations. In Malta, water is typically supplied from roof tanks, which can affect pressure, but we are reviewing this to improve the shower experience. We’re also addressing the cleaning and checking the beds to ensure better comfort for future guests. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve.”

Kindly note that we have found all the rubbish of the week inside the apartment, and other disorderly, like beer cans/glasses around the pool area and playing music around the pool. Also they have broke the washing machine door.

Thank you for saying with us. Best Regards
