The dĆ©cor has been tastefully renovated with ocean- and beach-inspired touches, complemented by granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining for six. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player, along with a private master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a ceiling fan, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combinationāideal for families or additional guests.
Step out onto the private balcony and enjoy sweeping views of the Holiday Surf private beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. For added convenience, this unit also includes a private washer and dryer located in the outside closet.
This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, youāll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (MarchāOctober), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. 1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.
