This coastal themed beach retreat is an ALL NEW two bedroom and two bath top floor Condo with breathtaking Ocean views and TWO King bedrooms.

Accommodating up to five guests with a King master bedroom en suite, and a King Guest bedroom, along with an available single Roll away for that extra guest. The condo décor has been tastefully renovated with ocean and beach inspirations and all new fixtures, fittings and furniture:

Cool new Vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout, with all Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and dining for six. There is a brand new 55" LCD UHD Smart TV in the living room with a DVD/Blue-Ray Player and of course complimentary WIFI throughout the property.. The Master bath is detailed to perfection with a tiled walk in shower. and new Vanity. The guest bath also newly remodeled, includes a bath/shower combination.These top of the line upgrades and accents added to the most spectacular Ocean views and incredible sunsets, are sure to please our most discerning clientele!

Great Place to Stay in Destin

We travel to Destin on a regular basis but had never stayed here. This was a great place right on the beach. We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place!

The place was as described! It was so pretty inside! The beds were big and comfortable! The staff working in the building were very friendly and nice! It was a beautiful place ! Will recommend and stay again for sure!!!

Clean & Great Location.

The room was nice and very clean. Had great views of the beach. Only issues were the poor Internet/TV situation. Internet connection could be improved for the price. Also, during our stay a few “uncomfortable” security issues took place: a handyman showed up unannounced to fix a broken blind. I was not made aware he was coming and after he checked out the blinds, I sent him away and asked that he come back after we check out. Also, someone randomly opened our door (which had a keypad) while we were inside. Then quickly shut the door. Just didn’t feel very secure. Other than those kind of random happenings, our stay was great and I recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club many times and never had a problem with a condo unit until this time. There were 3 TV’s in the unit however the only one that (fully) worked was in the Master Bedroom. The living room tv did not work. The 2nd bedroom tv picked up 1 channel. Many people had mentioned this in the guest book so I don’t know why this issue has not been corrected. The cushions on the balcony needed to be replaced or cleaned. Beds in each bedroom were very creaky. Overall, we had a great time however with the amount of money we spent for our stay, we wish these issues were corrected before we checked in.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was updated and gorgeous. The furniture and kitchen supplies were great. The WiFi was NON existent , as you have to use a public site shared with the complex. You have to carry all garbage downstairs and to the end of the parking lot. Several washing machines were broken and the drying took several cycles. The linen exchange is Tu/Fr, but most people rent Sat-Sat, so I think it should be M/Th. The beach view is top notch, the staff friendly, but overall overpriced for amenities that are lacking.

Great stay

The place overall was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there for the most part. I guess the only complaints I herd from the people with me was the elevator’s were sketchy and scary while riding up and down lol! And the balcony chairs were to low and the handrail blocked the view while sitting in them! Only suggestion would be more bathroom towels!!

The amenities were wonderful, I love the extra touches (walk in shower, chair height toilets, Keurig!). We like to be high-up with a great view, and this unit meets that requirement. Even with all the maintenance this year, our stay was delightful. Already booked for next year!
