Experience unparalleled views of the Gulf from this cozy two-bedroom condo on the 10th floor. This unit accommodates up to 8 guests. With tile flooring throughout, the kitchen features sleek white cabinets and granite countertops.

The spacious Master bedroom boasts a King bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large flat-screen television. For those late risers, blackout curtains and a ceiling fan add to your comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and includes access to a bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Step outside through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the expansive balcony that stretches from the living room to the Master bedroom. The outdoor space is perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views while relaxing at the pub height table and chair set. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, WIFI and complimentary beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) during season.

Located at the iconic Edgewater off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, this complex draws inspiration from a French Riviera hotel with its unique step-like architecture and lush landscaping. Guests can enjoy two large swimming pools beside the sugar-white beach, complete with a cascading waterfall and a seasonally heated pool. A relaxing hot tub caters to adults, while a wading pool is perfect for the little ones. The Tiki Bar and Grill offers tasty snacks and tropical drinks, with nearby outdoor grills, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a putting green, a playground, and a fitness center for all your recreational needs. Satisfyingly sweet

Overall stay was awesome! No issues with parking. The condo was very well equipped for all of our needs. Loved the view and having the pools was a huge plus. We all had a great time at this property and would love to stay again.

Spring Break

Overall it was a great stay and the unit really is quite comfortable. There is a little wear and tear and I would recommend new cooking pots/pans and extra plates. We had to basically run the dishwasher everyday.

First time staying in Florida

Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Enjoyed setting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We only had a short walk to the beach. Loved that we didn’t have drive to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

We love the edgewater, have been staying here for years. It is an older facility and could use some updates, but the location and layout are great! The condo was clean and booking / checkin was super easy. The keypad on the door did give us some trouble and it could use some large pots and pans for cooking. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Our check in got off to a little rocky start but once we got that worked out, it was all good. Good: condo had nice furnishings and we found everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer, dishwasher. Rental of beach chairs was a little pricey but pools were nice. Grounds were immaculate. Location was perfect!

Beautiful view, great property

Felt like we were on a cruise ship in a very well appointed cabin! Loved it. The check in process could have been a bit smoother, instructions as to where to park and where the condo was located in the building would have been helpful. Overall though great experience.

It was okay

The property can use a serious facelift. The building was old looking and very outdated. The condo itself was good though. Overall we had good time just being at the beach.

Beautiful view and location

The code stopped working and we had to contact the property management company but thankfully we still had access to the room because family was in there. The room was clean when we arrived. It was close to the elevator. The room was a little far from the beach. This room is nice because it fits 8 people!

Great vacation location!

This location is great and in close proximity to restaurants, activities and more. The property is very well taken care of and loved the heated pool and ability to see the ocean so well. Made us feel safer. The unit was exactly what we wanted and we’ll appointed and as shown in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. Upholstered furniture could use a little cleaning/ updating as it’s getting a bit worn but acceptable. We would stay here again except for one feature. Due to physical issues, the high table and chairs are not comfortable for us. Otherwise they are nice.

Nice Location - Exactly as advertised

Overall we loved staying here - the pictures are exactly what we experienced. It was close to restaurants and great beach access. The only issues we experienced were 1) that we had to go to the office 35 miles away to get parking passes that were actually available to us in the room when we checked in. 2) Beach chairs/umbrellas ARE NOT PART of the rental of the unit- it is a separate charge - would like to see that in the description of the property rather just in the review section. 3) Toilet paper - was provided one roll per bathroom . . . would have been nice to have an additional roll - we ran out in one bathroom. Plenty of towels and bedding - beds were comfortable and the we had no other complaints - host company was available via phone and text for any issues and were helpful. Would most definitely stay here again!
