Experience unparalleled views of the Gulf from this cozy two-bedroom condo on the 10th floor. This unit accommodates up to 8 guests. With tile flooring throughout, the kitchen features sleek white cabinets and granite countertops.

The spacious Master bedroom boasts a King bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large flat-screen television. For those late risers, blackout curtains and a ceiling fan add to your comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and includes access to a bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo.

Step outside through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the expansive balcony that stretches from the living room to the Master bedroom. The outdoor space is perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views while relaxing at the pub height table and chair set. Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, WIFI and complimentary beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) during season.

Located at the iconic Edgewater off Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, this complex draws inspiration from a French Riviera hotel with its unique step-like architecture and lush landscaping. Guests can enjoy two large swimming pools beside the sugar-white beach, complete with a cascading waterfall and a seasonally heated pool. A relaxing hot tub caters to adults, while a wading pool is perfect for the little ones. The Tiki Bar and Grill offers tasty snacks and tropical drinks, with nearby outdoor grills, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a putting green, a playground, and a fitness center for all your recreational needs. There is also ample on-premise parking in the garages.

Edgewater’s prime location in enchanting Miramar Beach puts you within easy reach of delightful Gulf-front dining, vibrant beach bars, championship golf, and tennis courts. Explore one of the largest designer outlet malls nearby, or enjoy seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, and a range of shopping and dining experiences just minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive, Grand Boulevard, and Baytowne Wharf.

Please note, you must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. During Spring Break, the minimum ratio is one person age 25 or older for every two guests under 25.

We were four nurse/friends coming for a relaxing girls weekend away. We had stayed in Edgewater before. We love the location for shopping and the beach! This specific unit was very convenient to the elevators and trash chute with a great view. Only thing a little disappointing was there was no ceiling fan/light in second bedroom and we were unable to open the master patio door. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for next summers trip.

Glad the location, shopping, beach access, and the unit’s convenient elevator/trash-chute location with a great view worked well for your girls’ weekend. Sorry about the missing ceiling fan/light in the second bedroom and the master patio door issue — we’ll have maintenance assess the fan/light options and repair the patio door before next season. We appreciate you keeping this unit in mind and would love to host you again.

The check-in process was very easy, and the king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The condo has beautiful views of the beach, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.That said, the unit is in need of some TLC and a thorough cleaning. The two double beds in the guest room are older box-spring mattresses and were quite uncomfortable. The TV in the guest room was not working when we arrived, and after several hours of communicating with the host, it was eventually replaced.There were also several maintenance issues, including a slider in the master bedroom that could not be opened, a missing shower handle in the guest bathroom, and a missing closet-door handle in the master bedroom. We also found a dirty sheet pan in the dishwasher upon arrival.Overall, the location and beach views are wonderful, and the check-in process was easy. However, the unit would benefit from some updating, maintenance, and a more thorough cleaning.

We’re very sorry the unit fell short on cleanliness and maintenance. Finding a dirty sheet pan is unacceptable — our housekeeping team has been notified and a thorough deep clean and refresher for the team have been scheduled. We’ll evaluate the guest-room mattresses and put a replacement/updating plan in place. I apologize for the inconvenience with the guest-room TV and appreciate your patience while it was replaced. The slider, missing shower handle, and closet-door handle have been reported to our maintenance team and will be addressed promptly. Satisfyingly sweet

Overall stay was awesome! No issues with parking. The condo was very well equipped for all of our needs. Loved the view and having the pools was a huge plus. We all had a great time at this property and would love to stay again.

Great stay!

We love the edgewater, have been staying here for years. It is an older facility and could use some updates, but the location and layout are great! The condo was clean and booking / checkin was super easy. The keypad on the door did give us some trouble and it could use some large pots and pans for cooking. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Spring Break

Overall it was a great stay and the unit really is quite comfortable. There is a little wear and tear and I would recommend new cooking pots/pans and extra plates. We had to basically run the dishwasher everyday.

First time staying in Florida

Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. Enjoyed setting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We only had a short walk to the beach. Loved that we didn’t have drive to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Will stay again!

Our check in got off to a little rocky start but once we got that worked out, it was all good. Good: condo had nice furnishings and we found everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer, dishwasher. Rental of beach chairs was a little pricey but pools were nice. Grounds were immaculate. Location was perfect!

Beautiful view, great property

Felt like we were on a cruise ship in a very well appointed cabin! Loved it. The check in process could have been a bit smoother, instructions as to where to park and where the condo was located in the building would have been helpful. Overall though great experience.

It was okay

The property can use a serious facelift. The building was old looking and very outdated. The condo itself was good though. Overall we had good time just being at the beach.
