Nice location (bit exposed) but pool so shallow

Nice place - shame pool so shallow - barely up to waist in shallow end - I suppose it's good for kids. Great house.

Perfect Villa for family holiday

Well equipped Villa with beautiful views and a large pool We loved ours stay and are already planning our next visit. It could be safer though with child height stickers on the glass doors as we had many incidents of the children walking in to doors, also a mat to or something to step out of pool on too as it’s extremely slippy.

Villa Montana Easter 2024

Large heated swimming pool. Pool room. Large amount of outdoor space. Noticeable improvements from last year. Well equipped kitchen. Looking forward to the planned improvements to the kitchen, BBQ and patio area.

Villa montana

Lovely sized villa, needs some tlc. Aircon in one room which is pay by meter. Much further than suggested to amenities, lovely if you dont mind a 4 mile round trip everytime you want to go for dinner. I would suggest a hire car for convenience.

Great stay

The size of the Villa is impressive. The size of the pool is great for the number of people who can stay and the depth is good for kids and those who can’t swim. The entertainment options like the games room and amount of TV channels and movies is incredible. The layout of the Villa is great giving large communal spaces but also plenty of privacy with bedrooms located at different parts of the Villa. Very, very small items like the door to the games room is a little tricky to lock and unlock. A couple of the fans don’t work. The driveway was difficult to manoeuvre into with a big car.

Villa Montana

Good use of electronic tablet in the Villa, - a good electronic welcome page - very clear instructions for the appliances - and local information pages. Large clean heated pool - regularly cleaned by pool attendant. Large outdoor space Very friendly courtesy visit from Jayne, the VillasNow rep. Good sea view. Plenty of car parking spaces. Very quiet location and not overlooked by any neighbours. Good range of English and foreign TV channels. A little bit of TLC is needed especially the kitchen cupboards, the net curtains in the lounge and the steps everywhere. It would be nice in future to have some shade to be able to eat comfortably outside. Although the kitchen was very well equipped there was no cupboard space for any foodstuffs. Other problems were reported to Jayne either during her visit or later by email.

Hi Trevor Thank you for your review and we are just in the process of discussing with the owner a mini renovation of the property which will include a new kitchen and possible changing the outside areas - we are hoping this will happen before the end of the year. Glad you enjoyed your stay and I hope we will see you again one day soon :)

Family holiday fun

We have just returned from a lovely 7 night stay at this villa in Playa Blanca. 5 bedroom plus room with sofa bed. The villa has pros and cons: Pros : Very well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Large heated private pool. Central living room area, kitchen and dining room all look out to the pool area Outside BBQ and large seating area. Quiet end of Playa Blanca at the foot of Montana Roja Responsive management company while we were there. Cons: Villa is more tired looking than appears in the photos. Pool room was not in working order & had to request pool tips. Had to purchase kitchen roll, toilet roll & washing up liquid. Near small shops for general essentials (10 min walk) but larger Spars for proper shopping are in the centre of Playa Blanca (c30min walk). No direct access to the road in front, so if walking need to walk her the open ground side next to the villa - tricky with buggies. Worth noting with children that bedrooms are over 3 levels. Overall I would recommend this villa for families just noting it is further out than expected if you are not familiar with plays blanca and don’t want to have walk a distance to get anywhere.

Super emplacement avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Belle terrasse avec piscine mais les prestations de la maison ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé. Déjà il faut payer la climatisation en mettant des pièces de 2 dans un compteur, c'est quand même abusé vue le prix du séjour, en plus cela n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce !Ensuite l'eau qui est utilisé pour l'arrosage automatique du jardin pue c'est une infection ! Impossible de rester surplace avec cette odeur, nous avons du nous-même débrancher la pompe pour ne plus être importuné.De plus, la cuisine n'avait pas assez de vaisselle, ni d'ustensiles, les appareils électro-ménagers étaient vieux et certains ne fonctionnaient pas (hotte), les meubles vétustes...Aucune porte des salles de bain et des wc ne ferment à clé.En conclusion, la maison est grande, elle a une belle vue, et une belle piscine, mais elle aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement pour justifier un prix aussi élevé.Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Mooie, ruime en exclusieve villa met uitzicht op zee en privézwembad

De villa heeft 5 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer en dat is erg prettig als je met 7 vrouwen bent. Uitzicht is prachtig en heerlijk terras waar je kunt zitten. Ook interieur is prima en netjes!

Villa was good

Villa was nice, clean, well equipped and as advertised. We all enjoyed ourselves and having our own space was far better than any hotel. When we needed help it was an email or phone call away and everything was taken care of easily! Not much of something to improve but the villas was somewhat far from things, about a 20 minute walk to a good beach and a couple restaurants, and a 45 minute walk to the main town, something that is just accepted though.

Fabulous

The villa was absolutely perfect for our large family and very clean. Plenty of space to either all get together or have a quiet moment to yourself. Pool was warm (without any heating) and enormous. Had everything we needed, although we did go out and buy some plastic cups for outside drinking to avoid any broken glass moments. Pool cleaned and tested twice whilst we were there. Views were spectacular although if you don't have a car (we didn't bother) the walk down to the main road was a bit tricky if you are not too steady on your feet (across rough ground beside the villa) Didn't bother us at all.

Playa Blanca Best bit of lanzagrottee

The whole area has built up over the years but it’s just a great place to chill and enjoy. Villa m is great our second time there and will book again Not a lot in general it needs a bit of tlc and updating but for the cost reasonable and functional. Needs a knife sharpener ,!!!

Views to take your breath away over the sea to Fuerteventura.Plenty of room in the villa and very comfortable, well appointed kitchen and great BBQ area that we used most days. Good size pool and at a nice temp.Restruants, bars and the sea just a short walk away. We hope to rebook very soon for our next trip.
