Penthouse gulf view on the beach

Modern beachfront penthouse condo with panoramic breathtaking view of the Gulf. Lots of natural light. Fully-equipped, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All linens, towels and kitchenware included. Please note, the main bedroom with king-sized bed is open to the living area, however there is a sliding room divider that can be used for separation if needed. Unit sleeps a family of four very comfortably, or great for a couples romantic getaway. Just bring your swimsuit and flip-flops. Smart TV and wi-fi are provided.

View looks generally north, sweeping up the entire beach, with the pier and Sanibel Island in the distance.

There are tennis and pickleball courts as well as a heated swimming pool on the property.

Cross the street and you reach Santini Plaza with restaurants, shops, and farmers markets weekly.

Hop on the trolley northward to get to Publix grocery, more restaurants, or to Times Square, the nightlife area of the beach.

Great Stay!

The penthouse stay was adequate. It was clean and there was plenty of storage and closet space. The bed was comfortable. The unit had a new air conditioner and window shades which were nice. Unit could have had better grilling tools. As it basically had none. Also there were no pool noodles for guests. So my husband and I only swam once which was a shame. A heads up for everyone! There was only one working elevator and being on the top floor that would have been nice to know. The elevator was EXTREMELY squeaky and loud even with the air conditioner running. You couldn't get away from it. You heard it all the time late at night and early in the morning. Ear plugs did not help. This is true for the entire building. Everyone was talking about it. So needless to say, we did not get much sleep.

This unit is just as shown. Everything was wonderful, especially sitting on the lanai and just watching the ocean! EBT is very well maintained. Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Charisse & Robert’s condo was wonderful! The view was excellent from their balcony. Condo was very clean. Charisse was so quick to respond to any of our questions! We plan on staying there again next year! A real Gem!

What a view!!

The view is breathtaking! We walked up the beach a few of the mornings and there were dolphins swimming very close to the shore, which was so fun! My husband and I just spent a week here to get out of the cold weather and had to work a good part of the week as well - but this is just what we needed. As expected, there’s a lot of construction in the area from the hurricane a couple of years ago, but if you go with that expectation, it doesn’t really make that much difference The owners were super responsive when we had a couple of questions. Being around 500 ft.², the space feels quite comfortable and lives bigger than we thought it would. We would definitely stay here again!

View never gets old

Love the view. Great updates kichen and patio shade. Met really nice people. Plenty of loungers and chairs by pool. *was work being done outside but did not mind. BEST VACATION located right on the beach!

Beach vacation

Was a great condo which was under going renovation due to hurricane. Not much around the area for dining and shopping and area traffic was terrible but we enjoyed our stay.

Summer getaway

We had a snag on day one, the unit hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival, there was a miscommunication with the cleaning folks. I texted the owner Robert who responded right away. We were finally able to get into the unit after 5:30pm. Just made for a less than stellar start to our trip. Thankfully the rest of our stay was pretty good. The bed is very comfortable, although we went and bought a bedspread to use as the one on the bed needs washed. Great views! It’s the top floor and very peaceful sitting on the balcony. We stayed during 4th of July, we had good views of fireworks along the beach. The unit was pretty sound tight. Never really noticed any noise coming from the surrounding units, so that was nice. There’s a strip mall within walking distance of the property that has some good restaurants. Next to the strip mall was a CVS, that was convenient. Unit has a closet with things you might need for the beach. We made use of the pool noodles. Only downside, unit is hot, even with ceiling fans and bedside fan going, it just never felt cool in there at night. And I wish the unit had its own washer and dryer. There is a coin operated laundry on ground floor, but the front office has strange hours and that’s where you need to go to buy a roll of quarters unless you think to bring change with you on vacation. Overall, we had a great vacation, views were amazing, pool was nice, everybody we met was friendly, parking was conveniently located to the building, we’d definitely stay again.

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our time at this condo, great views of the water! Nice, clean condo with everything you needed. Closet was big with plenty of hangers. Lots of various beach "stuff". We had a small issue with water and air when we arrived, but owner (Robert) responded quickly and it was taken care of. Bed was big and very comfy! Loved to have the windows open at night to hear the sound of the ocean. We accidently left something in the condo, and Robert got it back to us. Would stay here again!

Unbelievable Views

This was everything my wife and I were looking for. The owner was very easy to work with and called us back at 1:00 in the morning to help us get into the unit. Would definitely recommend this owner if you’re looking at staying in Florida.

Best Vacation Ever

What do they say about real estate? Location, Location, Location. Couldn't ask for a better place on the beach. Restaurants, shopping and drug stores are close. All within walking distance. Property, grounds and beach is extremely nice. Your couldn't ask for a better place to vacation then Ft. Myers Beach. Robert was super responsive to the few things needed, he was awesome. Would book again for next year.

Beautiful balcony views

The views from the balcony are amazing. The review called it a two bedroom but actually a studio with a pull out divider to separate bedroom. It also has a hide a bed couch ( didn't use ). Maybe could use some updates but the overall stay was nice, thank you Robert.

Nice place, great location, few small things could be improved

Nice place. Stocked with basic items. Adequately clean, could be better. Says it has washer/dryer- these are on the ground floor, coin operated. All laundry, with the exception of what you would have used the last evening you were there, needs to be washed before you go. If you use more than one roll of toilet paper, you will need to buy your own- was only provided one roll. Top floor, beautiful views.

Living in nearby Fort Myers, we scoured the area seeking a condo that offered the best of everything--a totally unobstructed view of blue Gulf waters, white silky sand on a calm beach, the shortest walk to the waves from our doorstep, and everything fun that Florida has to offer just seconds away. We found it--and so have you!

Reasons 1-5: The views. It will take your breath away. You could have a great holiday just sitting on our balcony looking at the gulf and the beach. Many properties have partial views of the beach, or have the path to the beach blocked with waterways. Not our place! Some properties are too close to road, and you hear it. Not at this unit! Some places have a tiny pool--ours is really big. The grounds are lovely and you have tennis and great restaurants right across the street. It really is the best of all worlds.

Tennis on site. Walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful pavers on the grounds. Windows on two sides providing glorious light. Gulf views looking one direction, and Estero Bay views the other. Fully-equipped kitchen with a first-class grocery just down the road, you can dine in enjoying the view, or dine out on fresh seafood from the gulf.
