Large open floor plan allows for everyone to be in the same room and enjoy your time at the beach. Sun-room allows for some private time or can double as additional sleeping space with a full-size fold out sofa for extra guests. The polished terrazzo floors mean you don't have to worry about sand or dirt on the carpet!

The home is fully stocked with all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, beach chairs, beach toys and outside B-B-Q grill. The home is bright and open with plenty of windows to let in natural light. There is a spacious dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and ice-maker, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, K-cup & regular pot coffee maker, utensils, dishes, cutlery, crock-pot & more! Other amenities include in-unit washer & dryer, puzzles, games and book library, Flat screen TV with expanded cable in living room. Roku TV in Sunroom. All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with antennas. The home features Wi-Fi/High Speed Internet throughout the home, all linens & kitchen items included.

Just a short walk down 66th Street to the sugar, white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. Located in a residential neighborhood with NO busy streets to cross make this home very desirable for those with children. Another plus is that there are no houses over single story looking down on you....privacy! The trolley stop is just across the street. Located mid-island, makes us close to historic Pine Avenue, shopping, churches and restaurants in the heart of Holmes Beach and a trolley ride away from Bradenton Beach & the #3 Rated beach in the World--Coquina Beach!

Pets considered ONLY with 28 day minimum rental during months of October-April. Non-refundable pet fee. Pet MUST be listed on reservation.

Golf Cart Rental: There is no exterior charging available for electric golf carts. GAS GOLF CARTS must be used. NO Exceptions.

Pool heat is complementary between November 15 & April 15. Our pool and pool equipment are closely monitored for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight, we do our best to ensure that the pool is heated to a temperature of 82 degrees. However, please be aware that even in Florida we do occasionally get cold spells that can send the temperatures in 40's & 50's for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temp to draw down to the 70's and the pool pump will shut down if the outside temp gets too cold. The pump will then kick back on in the morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take some time depending on air temps.

Please note that during Feb, Mar, June, July & Aug we request Saturday to Saturday rentals. Please contact us if you have alternate dates prior to a reservation request. We may also be able to accommodate your dates, based on other bookings.

Guests MUST complete & RETURN completed lease agreement. ANY LEASE NOT COMPLETED 1 WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION & REFUND (minus administrative fee). All guests pay all fees associated with their stay. This includes taxes, cleaning, VRBO service charge and online payment fee. GUESTS HAVE NO ACCESS TO GARAGE.
