Apartment on the 20th floor with panoramic views of the sea and the city. Located in Benidorm, it has 1 bedroom with TV and terrace access, 1 bathroom with bathtub and capacity for 4 people.

40 m² accommodation that is very bright.



It has an elevator, terrace, high-speed internet access via fiber, air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal community pool + children's pool, garden, 1 parking space in the same building, television (Smart TV), iron and hair dryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key delivery and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 am

-Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Lovely , clean and central to everything ,

The apartment are in great area and easy to get to beach , shops , restaurants and night life , just off strip but not noisy at all . The shower had no pressure and could do with a full length mirror in the apartment

The location was exceptional, perfect for all the night life. Great views. The appointment was really well layer out. The only problem I had was the change of bedding and towels where only once a week but other than that it was great, highly recommended.

Dear Peter, we are very happy that you ejoyed the apartment. That area has a lot of entertainement without beeing too noisy. All the apartments are provided with washing machines, so maybe that helps to make the change of bedding once a week. See you soon

great would stay again

the overall hotel is great and i would stay again nice and clean need a key to get into the hotel which i liked great spot for nightlife but still get a good nights sleep the only things did not like was the bed very time you moved it made lots of noise but the mattress was ok but the number one thing was having to pick keys up from somewhere a good 5 mins walk with your bags then having to do same to drop key of at end of stay but overall 8ቦ will stay here again

Apartment was lovely … good location … very safe and secure

The property was very well located, lovely apartment … no complaints whatsoever ever but the pool area was very scantily furnished … nothing The pool was lovely but without a sun bedappropriate facilities … it was lacking The facilities at the pool very lacking!!

Excellent location and good service from Benidorm booking getting our keys early. Comfy bed Next door blasting his music. Water pressure was poor, the shower dribbled out at times. The toaster didn't work. Only one mirror in the apartment in the bathroom. TV had no British channels. The key to front door was hit and miss, it would stick a lot and took a few minutes getting in at times.

VISTAS INMEJORABLES

El lugar donde está, inmejorable, cerca de todo, al tener parking ningún problema por eso tampoco, tiendas, marcha, sitios para comer y al ser Abril un poco mas tranquilo que en verano. Si le tengo que poner una pega es que el sofá cama no es muy bueno, para dos personas mayores si vana estar varios dias es incomodo, pero es perfecto para una pareja que vayan solos.

Estancia afectada por la climatización

La ubicación, la limpieza, las vistas fascinantes y la atenciones al momento de recoger las llaves. La ubicación del aire acondicionado no permitía que la habitación se refrescara adecuadamente, lo que nos obligó a dormir en el sofá cama para poder descansar mejor. Pero fue un plus contar con el sofá cama 😋
