Modern and brigh apartment in Cascais Center. One bedroom, two balconies, parking, airconditioning, cable tv and wifi. Accomodates a maximum of 2 people.



Fantastic apartment in prime location in Cascais. The apartment is situated just in the center, in a building with elevator. Situated on the 2nd floor the apartment offers guests two balconies where they can enjoy a glass of wine or just relax and enjoy the views. You have everything at walkig distance. Nice restaurantes, museums, bars, groceries, shops and shopping center. The closest beach, in the Atlantic Ocean, is at less than 5 minutes walking and the marina at less than 10 min. walking. You can enjoy the proximity with the Ocean by walking close to the sea in the nice board walk or cycle in the bike track up to Guincho beach. If you are a golf enthusiast there are several nice golf fields in the area available.

Entering into the apartment you find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a modern flat TV with cable channels. There is a table with space for 4 people. One of the balconies has access through the living room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped so that you can prepare your own meals at the apartment. It has a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, all the kitchenware needed and even a washing machine.

The bathroom is spacious and features a walk in glass shower, washbasin, a toilet and bidet.

At the end of the apartment you have the masterbedroom containing a large double bed and wardrobe, the length of the bedroom. The second balcony is accessible from this bedroom.

For your comfort there is airconditioning in all the apartment that works both as hot or cold.

In the same building you have a parking place available accessible directly from the building elevator.

Luis was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our messages. The apartment had 2 beautiful little balconies, perfect for having breakfast on each morning. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Cascais!

Besides, the location is really good, so it's easy to get any place in Cascais just walking. The neigbourhood is also charming, with many little bars, shops and restaurants as well as many interesting buildings around. Summing up, it's a highly recommendable place to spend some relaxing days in Cascais!

Great location. Underground parking was fantastic. Comfortable bed. Heating kept the apartment comfortable. Appliances worked well. Closets in bedroom need to be cleaned. Odour in the apartment. Water leaks after heavy rains. Kitchen faucet leaks. Shower tile grout could be cleaner.

Location perfect. Fittings all new and bed very comfortable. Issues with drain and toilet seat immediately sorted out. Found utensils not very clean and sparse. Lift to basement parking did not work. Other than that very comfortable stay to be recommended.

Not a very good experience in relation to cleanliness and the bedsheets were not changed when we arrived. The bedsheets were delivered inside the apartment without notifying us before The views were excellent and Sofia was a good host.

Absolutely amazing apartment

Absolutely amazing apartment. Super new. Great location within easy reach (2 minute walk) of local bars and restaurants. Superb bathroom/shower. WiFi (it's important kids!) worked a treat. Air-conditioning was perfect. Perfect location to hit the beach and/or walk towards Estoril. Train station is less than a 5 minute walk for those wanting to go further afield. Really is a lovely apartment and we will not hesitate to return. The 'only' downside was that the apartment directly above was obviously getting renovated, etc as we were woken by builders at 8am each morning! Nothing can be done about that though as these lovely apartments don't just appear out of nowhere. However, this wouldn't deter us from returning. Highly recommended....and thanks for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks. The check in process was easy and all the apartment details were explained clearly. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. All the appliances worked properly. The location was close to the town centre and the underground parking was very convenient. The heating was helpful as the evenings were quite cool. Unfortunately, we only used the balcony once as the weather was cool and wet. The apartment was very quiet which made for a wonderful stay. Generally the apartment was well kept but the toilet bowl requires a thorough cleaning both the bottom and underneath the rim. Part way into our stay we noticed our socks were getting dirty. We decided to vacuum the floor. The vacuum had no suction and we discovered that the metal wand was completely blocked. After we cleared the debris the vacuum worked properly. The floor was clean and our socks remained clean as well!

We love the location, the view from the balcony, the brightness of the flat in a wonderful clean house within garage The cleanliness, the humidity in the cupboard, you can't use it. The flat comes in the years, we know and love it since 2017. A New sofa is urgently needed, the laminat is very used, the Silicon in the Bath is Black. The pillows and duvet are not very fresh, it smells very used. It hast to been washed. Thank you for your understanding. We still love the apartment

This was the third time we have stayed in this apartment and we have already rebooked for next year that says it all! Located on the second floor of a small residential block, the apartment is in a great position for access to restaurants and small shops, as well as being within a comfortable ten minutes walk to a choice of beaches, the marina, the train station and bus terminus, as well as larger supermarkets and shops. The bedroom is large, whilst the living accommodation is great for two people. The two small balconies offer welcome outside space for breakfast and evening drinks. KazaPortugal make the booking process easy, and they are very quick to respond to further questions or support. We can highly recommend!

IN GENERAL ALL WE SUGGEST TO IMPROVE THE ASSISTANCE WHEN THE PERSON ARRIVE IN THE APARTMENT SOMETIMES THE COOKING HOB DON'T WORK SOMETIMES IN THE TV THERE'S "NO SIGNAL " THE MICROOWEN IS NOT SO EASY TO USE THE COFFE MACHINE IS VERY NICE BUT THE " NESPRESSO SHOP " IS ONLY IN THE CASCAIS SHOPPING THE PROBLEM WITH THE SHUTTERS WAS SOLVED IN 4 TIMES!
