Set on Mallorca’s spectacular west coast within the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, The Port House looks straight out over Port de Sóller’s harbour to the Mediterranean beyond — and it’s just a short stroll from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops. This three-bedroom villa is bright, spacious and dressed in calming neutral tones, made for relaxed, easy Mediterranean living.

The space
On the entrance level, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the light-filled living area onto a large terrace with a traditional built-in charcoal barbecue — the natural gathering point for morning coffee, sunset drinks or dinner outdoors. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto the same terrace, so cooking and eating outside is easy.

Down on the lower floor are three bedrooms, each with sea views, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning: one double and two twins. Three bathrooms serve this level (one with a bath), plus a fourth guest toilet at the entrance level — useful for families and groups sharing the house. The villa is spread across two floors connected by internal stairs, with no lift, so it’s worth bearing in mind for guests with limited mobility.

Outside, a 10m x 6m private saltwater pool is edged with loungers, parasols and glass panels that keep the view uninterrupted, with a shaded patio nearby for the hottest part of the day. A separate dining area by the entrance offers another spot to gather with family and friends.

Location
Repic Beach and the start of the promenade are 5–7 minutes on foot, and from there a waterfront walk leads past cafés, restaurants, shops and bars into the harbour. The historic Sóller tram runs from the port up to Sóller town, making it easy to explore the valley without a car.

Despite the walkable location, the villa sits at a quieter point along the port, giving guests real privacy alongside the views. Port de Sóller itself sits between the sea and the mountains, with plenty nearby for swimming, hiking, cycling, boat trips and day visits to villages such as Fornalutx, Deià and Valldemossa.

Good to know
Many guests enjoy their stay without a car, since the beach, promenade and much of the town is within walking distance — though a car is handy for the supermarket, the wider Sóller valley, and Mallorca’s beaches and mountain villages further afield.

Planning your stay
The Port House is typically booked by the week, with check-in and check-out both on a Saturday — so most stays run for 7 or 14 nights. Shorter stays of 5 or 6 nights are sometimes possible, with check-out still falling on or before the Saturday. If your dates don’t quite fit, get in touch — we’re always happy to see what we can do.

The Port House is a much-loved family home, best suited to families and groups looking for a relaxing coastal stay — it isn’t suitable for stag or hen parties.
