This one-bedroom, one-bath garden level apartment has been transformed into an intimate and relaxing escape, perfect for a romantic weekend away. Tastefully decorated with the owner’s collections and antiques, the home exudes a casual Southern charm. The open living space features two original decorative brick fireplaces, exposed wooden beams, and has plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a night in, and a full size washer and dryer are tucked away in nearby closet space.

The bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of closet space to unpack, and an ensuite bath. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee in the large, exquisitely maintained, shared courtyard accessed via the bedroom. When you’re ready to venture out, you’ll be within walking distance to the best shopping, dining and nightlife Savannah has to offer. Mix with locals and find fresh ingredients for dinner at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays in Forsyth Park, just two minutes away. Take a stroll to the cross streets of Bull and Liberty for some boutique shopping at The Book Lady Bookstore, Satchel, and Red Clover.

Absolutely incredible property, warm and cozy with plenty of space. The added parking was a huge bonus that we absolutely appreciated. Location was perfect we were able to do a lot of walking in the area. Overall recommend this place to anyone stopping in the area, we will definitely be back.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and looked much like advertised. Having off street parking was fabulous and made getting our belongings in and out very easy. We were able to walk to many places to eat and shop. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park where we enjoyed the weekly farmers market on Saturday. Lucky Savannah had just undergone a change in their information delivery platform, so we got conflicting information regarding our assigned parking space, gate code, and WiFi access which caused some confusion, but their rep was very positive in helping us with that. We would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful square. Noisy guests upstairs moving furniture, but that’s no fault of the host. It’s a cute apartment that met our needs. If I had any suggestions, I would have liked the bathroom and floors to be cleaner. The towels and bedding were very clean, the beds were not very comfortable (a new mattress in the primary would help 2-300 new on Amazon, and a padded mattress cover for the sofa bed because it’s very worn out and the springs poke). Also, adding an extra pillow and blanket for the sofa bed (there were clean sheets and one pillow). Courtyard is adorable, parking is more than worth it. Gorgeous Chatham square right out the front door, easy walk to everywhere. Gate access to courtyard was nice as well. Laundry was great. Would like more kitchen items (3 forks for 4 people, maybe a colander and foil, plastic wrap, bags, oil) for people who cook, but maybe most people eat out. Management was kind and helpful. Overall would stay again.

Perfect location, not so perfect neighbors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and our stay was comfortable. Walkability was a 5/5. The issue, tbe bedroom is below the upstairs tenants living space and they are up at 6:30 daily, dragging chairs and living life. If I were working, it would have been fine, but we were on vacation and did not have the luxury of sleeping past 7am.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place in historic Savannah. Walking distance to Forsyth Park. Loved having the dedicated parking out back, along with the cute little courtyard in the backyard.

Location was perfect and the unit was beautiful with character! I only gave it 4 stars because I feel like it could be a little bit better maintained and I think the owner should add a dehumidifier to help with the mustiness

Great location

The property's location was fantastic. Seconds away from great parks, minutes to great restaurants, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were excellent and replied immediately to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great, comfortable apartment on the ground floor with off-street parking. Could not figure out how to lock the front door upon leaving the unit, but after leavimg from rear entry, we often entered the unit from the front door.

Nice location, place needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade

The location was nice, we enjoyed the city and surrounding area. The antuque furniture was charming, however, the floors in the apt. we're dirty, and the couch and bed mattress need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable.

Changing Dates for the Vacation

Although we were initially scheduled to visit Savannah earlier this fall, inclimate weather made that impossible. The competent staff at Lucky Savannah was able to move our stay to December at no additional cost. This in turn allowed us to enjoy a memorable getaway.
