Clean and Well decorated

Clean, well decorated 1 bedroom close to the downtown attractions. We walked everywhere so were able to avoid finding and paying for parking.

The staff was excellent with prompt responses to questions and very courteous!We will definitely choose this location again.

Very clean. Next to the park. We walked yo river street. It was about 2 miles but got to see so much. So it was a really good location. We had to park on the street but there was plenty of spots. Only negative thing was the couch it was very uncomfortable. Could use replacing

Excellent location and easy access--just be ready for a bright room to sleep in

This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds and it was still incredibly bright in the room. I also brought a sound machine with us because a previous reviewer commented on the street traffic noise at night. The sound machine worked perfectly to filter out the noise, but the cover I brought didn't. Overall, the house was very nice and such a great location. Very clean and all necessities were provided, even to include some fold up chairs to enjoy sitting in the park. Would recommend staying here, just be aware that the bedroom is very bright at night.

Acceptable with Reservations

Management was great. Had an A/C issue and they were on it immediately. The mattress and sofa are garbage. It ruins a vacation when you have to sleep on a mattress that is past its useful life and a sofa where the springs poke your rear. Owners: do the right thing and replace the furniture when it needs replacing. I shared with the management company and could infer from the very politely stated reply they knew it was an issue that wasnā€™t going to be handled by the owner. Thatā€™s a shame. Unfortunately I will remember Lucky Savannah as the property with the bad furniture. Lease with caution. Four nights of my husband and I falling into each other in the middle of the bed and Iā€™m glad to be home.

Great location. Beautiful park across the street. Quiet. Very comfortable king bed. Nicely appointed. Walked to many restaurants and enjoyed Saturday farmers market in park. Highly recommend.

Few things would make it better

Good local except new skillets are needed for cooking! Also noise level of traffic outside bedroom window is continuous till around 3:30 am! On the plus side excellent walking distance to everything one would need

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Delia Row 905A was pretty great. We spent most of our trip walking from place to place, so the location was killer. We never had a problem finding parking. There is free street parking all around the home. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were fine. Most vacation rentals I have stayed in have terrible pillows. In this case, we were happy to have them. The only thing that wasnā€™t great was the sofa(not the sofa bed, the actual sofa). This is splitting hairs, but it is noisy and not that comfortable. I only mention it because it took us by surprise the first time we sat on it. That said, this will absolutely be the first place i try to book in the future. If I canā€™t get this one, I will try one of Lucky Savannahā€™s other properties. They were very easy to work with and the app is great for handling logistics.
