This beautiful & spacious beach block condo has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is the perfect location for your New Jersey shore vacation! Located just steps away from a beautiful family friendly beach. Centrally located within walking distance to everything from miniature golf, ice cream, fish market, restaurants, bars, boardwalks, bakery, and fresh farm stand.

This condo is 3 floors. The 1st floor features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen and living room area with a half bath and pantry off the kitchen. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and private full bath, a guest bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bath, and a washer/dryer. The 3rd floor has another master suite with a king size bed and terrace, a full bath with double sinks, and a guest bedroom with 3 twin size beds.

There is a private fenced in patio in the back with a table, chairs, and grill for your enjoyment. There is also an outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach.

This is a quiet family rental. No proms, tenants under 25 yrs old, and no large groups.

No smoking, no pets, and no candle burning.

Please bring your own linens, towels, and pillows.

Security deposit required.

Driveway with space for 2 cars.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only (no mid-week starts).

This is our second summer renting the house and we loved it even more this year. The house has the perfect space for our extended family. The beach block is a nice, safe and friendly neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and the boardwalk. We hope to come back next year!

The house was overall as described and worked well for our stay. A few things to note for future guests: it’s a bare bed rental, and when they say no linens are provided, that includes no comforters or blankets—even though the listing photos show beds made with them, which was a bit misleading. Many of the blinds were broken or difficult to use, and there was quite a bit of dog hair in the living room—especially in the window sills, on the floor, and under the couch. The front glass door also didn’t latch securely, and our toddler was able to open it on their own, so that’s something to be cautious of with young kids. Lastly, the downstairs area had a noticeable moldy smell when the AC would kick on. Otherwise, we appreciated the space and location.

Perfection!

Thank you Sarah! We loved staying in your home and hope we can visit again! The neighborhood is perfect with a quick walk to everything the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, ice cream, and Jerry’s! Very family friendly in a quiet beach block too. Our boys loved it!

We all had a great week. Close to the beach and boardwalk, no car needed. The accommodations were perfect for our family with plenty of room. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great location, perfect for little kids

Lovely to be on an ocean block with three little kids. Close to a few shops but far enough from the main part of town so it stayed very quiet.

Great Ortley Beach rental experience

Property was fantastic. Everything was as presented on VRBO site. So close to the beach ! Places to eat nearby. Bonus was a fresh produce market around the corner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to future vacationers and hopefully we can stay there again . 😊 !!!!!

Best Beach Week Yet!!

Very much enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean, close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk but not close enough to hear the noise. Outdoor shower was key for rinsing down sand covered children. Plenty of room for everyone. The room with 3 twin beds was perfect when my nieces came to visit for a night. The beds were all comfortable though it may be time for new mattress protectors. The house had extra beach chairs in the back which really worked out well since we had two people from out of state who couldn't bring their beach chairs. We didn't do much cooking, but when we did, we had everything we needed. We had the best time and would absolutely rent this place again. The only call out is that the listing says two king beds and I had run out to buy an extra set of king sheets before we went, but when I got there, it was actually another queen and only one king. And I already washed the sheets before I went so I couldn't return them. Overall, great place!

A very relaxing and beautiful vacation!!!

The house was very comfortable with the bedrooms & bathrooms on different floors. Living area was spacious enough for the child’s& their board games. Being close to the beach was perfect.

Ortley gem

This was our second stay here. Absolutely love the location...on the beach block, which is so important when you have small children and don't want to cross Hwy 35 with them and all their stuff! In walking distance to the boardwalk, the farmer's market, the drug store. Has an outside shower with hot and cold water. Soft pastel decor puts you in a beach frame of mind from the minute you enter. And one of the things that best suits our family's needs is the configuration of beds. There are a lot of 4 bedroom rentals, but when all they offer are beds for adults without beds for children, they don't work. Sarah's property has an assortment of bed sizes. Having said that, the one thing we had an issue with is that the bed sizes in the listing were different than the actual beds (listing says two kings, two doubles and three twins, when there was actually one king, 3 queens and 3 twins, Consequently, we didn't have the proper sheet sizes. Otherwise, a great place for a family vacation!

Covid Vacay

I would have given this a 5 all around, except for a couple of simple things, which could easily be rectified: 1) shower curtains were either too long, making it hard to not step on it, or the curtain was dirty 2) the blinds were broken in 3 room... The strings broke or the blind themselves. 3) the house could use curtains to help keep sun out in the morning. 4) the fan/light situation. Impossible to get the ceiling fan to work without the light being on. (Was informed of the fan/switch synchronization issue just prior to check in and owner said it was being worked on)
