Splendid modern style Villa, with large living area, veranda, private pool and garden, can accommodate 8 people (including 2 in a double sofa bed), located in an area very close to the center (900 meters) and the main beaches. Enjoy the private pool, outdoor dinners under the pergola and the nearby Baroque cities and marine reserves.
Recently built complex very quiet and silent, located at the entrance of Marina di Ragusa very close to the center and the main services (supermarket, emergency room, pharmacies, petrol station, bar, tourist port).

the villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a cot (on request) and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double sofa bed in the living area where there are no blackout curtains, 2 internal bathrooms with shower and toilet, an external bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with laundry and dishwasher, large living area, 2 gardens, a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the villa of 50 square meters (5 m x 10 m), covered veranda, outdoor parking space adjacent to the villa. The kitchen includes utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses) for 6 place settings, oven, pots, refrigerator, pots, induction hob. The house is equipped with hot / cold air conditioning in every room, smart TV, bluetooth speaker. Sheets / towels kit will be provided at the entrance for each guest which can be changed for a fee on request (€ 10.00 per bed). The pool is cleaned at the entrance of the guests and every 7 days free of charge.

- midweek house cleaning at a cost of € 50.00
- midweek linen change at a cost of € 10.00 per bed.
- midweek towel change at a cost of € 5.00 per guest

the garden is taken care of every 7/15 days, you will be notified of the day on which the gardener's maintenance is scheduled

free access to all areas of the house except the internal garage, which will be closed. Free parking spaces are available in the private road adjacent to the villa.

The bus stop is about 500 meters away. The main communication roads for any transfers/excursions are 100 meters away and there is no need to pass through the crowded center
