Carolyn's Bass River Condo

This is a gem of a property due to it's Bass River location. It is right on the river and views are absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Discover the natural beauty of the river by boat or sip a cup of coffee from the balcony and watch the boaters go by. Bass River has a way of getting in your blood. A mile to the Atlantic Ocean by boat or go up river to Follins Pond. Take a walk down Pleasant St., quintessential Cape Cod, and go for a swim in the river at Windmill Beach or ride to one of the ocean beaches.
Disclaimer - the MassDOT started work on the bridge the last week in July, 2026. They plan to keep both lanes open. Deconstruction/Construction will add to the noise level of the normal traffic on Rt. 28.
This vacation unit has two levels. The upper level is a combination living room/dining area with a kitchenette plus a full bathroom. The lower level is a bedroom with a Queen pillow top bed and a full bed plus a second full bath. The patio is accessed through the lower level. Both levels have through the wall AC/heating units. The condo complex has a heated pool which is open from June 20 through Labor Day week end.
This vacation condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, beaches, marinas and the Yarmouth Cultural Center.
Note: During the months of July and Aug it is Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
This 600 Sq. Ft. condo is located on Bass River. This is a boater/kayaker's dream spot.
Guests are responsible for their own linens and towels. The one exception is if the guest flies in then a spare set can be provided for a $20 laundry fee.
Note: Recent upgrades include both bathrooms receiving new floors and bath tile as well as new toilets and tub re-surfacing.
