Enjoy the beautiful views of Bass River!

Note: During the months of July and Aug it is Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
This 600 Sq. Ft. condo is located on Bass River. This is a boater/kayaker's dream spot.
Note: Recent upgrades include both bathrooms receiving new floors and bath tile as well as new toilets and tub re-surfacing.
A mile to the Atlantic Ocean by boat or go up river to Follins Pond. Discover the natural beauty of the river or sip a cup of coffee from the balcony and watch the boaters go by. This vacation unit has two levels. The upper level is a combination living room/dining area with a kitchenette plus a full bathroom. The lower level is a bedroom with a Queen pillow top bed and a full bed plus a second full bath. The patio is accessed through the lower level. Both levels have through the wall AC/heating units. The condo complex has a heated pool which is open from June 20 through Labor Day week end.
This vacation condo is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, beaches, marinas and the Yarmouth Cultural Center.
Guests are responsible for their own linens and towels. The one exception is if the guest flys in then a spare set can be provided for a $20 laundry fee.

Cute, Clean, Relaxing Waterfront Condo.

We arrived at the location and had very easy access. We were extremely pleased when we walked into this bright, comfortable, clean, modern condo with one of the most stunning views of the Bass River, Pool and Marina that we could’ve hoped for. We sat on the upper deck for hours watching the various boats coming and going under the bridge, it was very calming, even when the weather wasn’t perfect it’s still amazing! Carolyn does a fantastic job thinking of everything that we could have possibly needed. We plan on returning and I would highly recommend to anyone of any age. Thank you Carolyn! Dan and Joanne

Cape Cod Getaway

Carolyn and the property were amazing. Easy, open communication with Carolyn before and during our stay made it as stress-free as possible. The property was extremely clean when we arrived, which made it that much more comfortable and cozy. We have already recommended this property to friends and family and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Fun college graduation celebration spot

This condo was perfect for a few day getaway to celebrate be end of college. We were able to be close enough distance to drive to anywhere really, great location. Some other pros are: cleanliness, two bathrooms, great views, cozy!

Relaxing stay

Highly recommend for a relaxing stay. Unit is as described with direct water front view of Bass River. Located near bridge, but no issues with road noise. Very clean, nicely decorated, 2 full updated bathrooms, comfortable bed, nicely furnished outdoor patio, and steps from a riverfront pool. Unit is 2 levels with views from balcony and patio. Upstairs and downstairs connected by spiral staircase, but you can easily bring your luggage through lower entrance to bedroom. We loved the location, quiet space, and excellent river views. No laundry facilities. Owner is responsive. Highly recommend. Will return.

First time in Cape Cod

This was my husband and mines first time to Cape Cod and it did not disappoint. Carolyn was ver responsive and answered any questions we had. The condo is cute, quiet and very clean with comfortable beds. The view was beautiful and liked how centrally located we were. Would definitely stay At Carolyn’s when we return to the area.

Just perfect

My husband I loved the small but efficient condo. It was just perfect. Virtually everything is at your finger tips. Oooh and that view. Just beautiful. It was peaceful and yet we could enjoy the boat activity going by. We loved the good sized pool. Met lots of friendly owners and renter. Carolyn , the owner, really has made it a very cute and comfortable place to stay .

Relaxing Week

The condo is cute, clean and quiet. It’s bright and airy space. Everything you would need is provided (except sheets and towels). The beds are comfortable and the AC works amazing! Carolyn is very accommodating and answers all your questions and concerns right away. That view! The view is amazing and location is close to great beaches, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to bring your binoculars to watch the boats come and go as well as watch the boaters and kayaks spend time on the sandbar. There is a beautiful private deck with a sectional, table and chairs that is literally a stone’s throw from Bass River and the pool. It’s a great area to hang and have a drink in your hand. We loved the pool and spent many hours floating in it! We would definitely recommend renting this condo!

Wonderful working with Carolyn

Due to a last minute unforeseen circumstance on Carolyn's part, we were unable to stay in her rental. She very quickly addressed the situation and arranged for us to stay in a different rental home (which she did not own) and which was very nice and would normally have rented for more than what we paid. We appreciated Carolyn's honesty and efforts to make sure that we had a pleasant experience.

Beautiful View and Comfortable

My husband and I just went home to Bass River for a family reunion and enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable condo overlooking the Bass River. The view is beautiful, the condo is tastefully decorated, air conditioning works great. Comfortable outdoor furniture and good lighting. We enjoy reading and lamps by the bed and couch are important to us. Carolyn was prompt about getting back our damage deposit once our trip was over and easily available when we had questions. Thank you for an exceptional stay on the Cape.

Charming Cape Cod Townhouse

The townhouse was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a week. It's located in the middle of the cape, so accessibility was great. Carolyn was super nice and made sure several times that if there was a problem not to hesitate contacting her. The townhouse was situated right on the water withe big picturesque windows and even a really nice outdoor patio set to lounge on. All in all, the place was great and we would definitely rent again.

Perfect vacation with amazing river views, clean, excellent location

From the initial contact with the owner, our experience renting this townhouse was wonderful. Carolyn responded to every email promptly, provided answers to my many questions and gave us her contact info so we could reach out to her if we needed anything. The Bass River views are amazing, from low to high tide we couldn't stop taking photos. We loved watching the boats, paddle boarders, and kayakers from the townhouse. It's centrally located which was great for exploring the Cape, it's convenient to grocery stores, shops, ice cream parlors and lots of restaurants in the area, yet it's very quiet. I was a bit concerned about traffic noise from the rt 28 bridge but never heard any of it. The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated and had everything my family needed. Having the wifi was very helpful in planing our day trips. The beds were comfortable with clean mattress pads and new bed spreads. The river views, beautifully landscaped grounds, pool, upper deck and lower patio with grill plus all that the Cape has to offer makes this an ideal place to stay!

Great water view! Clean and comfortable.

My husband and I had a great stay at Carolyn's townhouse. The space is clean and comfortable and the view of the river is wonderful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony watching the birds and the boats going by.

I fell in love with Bass River some 30 years ago when a neighbor took me out on his boat from Follins Pond to West Dennis Beach. I've been boating on the River on and off ever since. When this property became available, I saw it was an opportunity to have a dock right on the river.
