This is a truly stunning private home that has all the amenities making it a perfect vacation destination. High end commercial kitchen, with Thermador built-in appliances, including a 48" six burner gas range and griddle along with 2 double drawer dishwashers. Included are Calphalon pots & pans, Ninja blender food processor, Riedel wine & beer glasses to name a few. Living area includes a half bath along with a double sided fireplace, open beam ceilings with soffit lighting that opens to a private rear deck with BBQ. Downstairs is a game room with 2 guest bedrooms. One with private bath, one with additional hall bath both queen beds. Master bedroom with king bed is on a separate floor including a seating area, wet bar, fireplace and french doors opening onto a 3rd private deck. Master bath has creek and forest views along with limestone slab counters, heated limestone floors, steam shower and spa tub. Adjacent to the master is a large laundry room. Downstairs level has a Sundance Spa on private deck. This 3200 square foot home also has a 2 car garage.

My family and I just returned from an incredible trip, and this home was absolutely splendid in every way. From the moment we walked in, it felt like the perfect home away from home—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful details that made our vacation effortless and relaxing.The space worked wonderfully for us, with cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that inspired some great home-cooked meals, and comfortable living areas where we gathered to share stories from our days out exploring. Everything was top-quality, and the overall vibe was just luxurious yet welcoming.We had such a wonderful time creating memories here, and a huge thank you to our host for making everything so seamless. Your hospitality truly elevated the experience!Can't recommend this property highly enough—it's a gem. We'll be back!

Ski week

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was well equipped and the heated floors in the bathroom were awesome! My favorite features were the hot tub and the steam shower. My dried out sinuses and achy muscles were in heaven! Thanks for sharing your home! <3

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed playing games at the big table in the beautiful kitchen! One of the reasons I didn’t give this rental 5 stars, was because the tv in the game room didn't have cable and we were unable to get the guitar hero game to work- because it didn’t have the right hookups. Otherwise, we had a nice time and I especially loved the views right after the snow storm!

They should charge more

Three of us came for a boys weekend of golfing, boating, etc. I use VRBO 4 to 5 times per year. This place is a steal.....we spent the entire time on the upper deck. Highly recommend.

Very cozy home in Incline

We stayed post-xmas and through NYE and the house was very nice. Clean overall and the kitchen was great! We had a chef come by and the process for him was smooth. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. One note for the owners, this is a home away from home, so it was a a problem that the showers did not have any soap or shampoo. We had to use the hand soap. Otherwise excellent!

White Christmas

This is a beautiful home in a great location in Lake Tahoe. The photos don't do it justice. Everything is high quality, from furniture, bedding and furnishings to electronics and lighting. We rent vrbo properties quite often and many times and usually they are fine, but are more like a rental property. This house is a home. It is well worth the high nightly price tag. The owner Tracey was very helpful and responded immediately when we had a question or issue. I also recommend the location. We lived full time in Incline Village and lower Tyner is a convenient and perfect location. So, we highly recommend this property and would definitely rent this again, maybe in the summer.

Perfect Family Holiday Home

Spent a snowy New Year Holiday in this wonderful family home. We did a lot of cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, out fitted with top of the line appliances. Gathered around the roaring fireplace, hot chocolate in hand, admiring the views from the expansive windows. The back of the house looks out into a forest of pines with the lake in the back ground. Beautiful views from every window. All bedrooms are on the lower level, again all with beautiful views. Sleeping and bathroom accommodations were perfectly suited for our family of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The home was extremely clean and our host provided unlimited necessities such as laundry soap, paper towels etc. as well as extras touches. Location was perfect, private yet just minutes from the slopes, market and restaurants. Pride of ownership shines in this family home. We plan to return for a summer experience. Great Mountain Home

Loved the pine trees and view of them from deck, Loved the cool nights/ great sleeping temps. A wonderful kitchen to cook and entertain in.

Amazing!

Perfect house for a get together with friends. House comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 small kids. Sitting outside on the deck at night felt like being in a secluded treehouse. Close to all Incline Village amenities but also very private. 5/5 stars, would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

great house the whole family enjoyed and the owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. We enjoyed all of the amenities hot tub, ping pong, darts, pinball, games, gourmet kitchen. I would also note the house was very clean..

Perfect family ski house

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Tracy and Jason’s home. The house is beautiful - well maintained, high end finishings, and feels really cozy and welcoming. Whether it was appreciating the heated floors in the bathrooms after a long day skiing, cooking meals together as a family in the top notch kitchen, or teaching my 8 year old how to play pinball, we had a perfect week. Tracy was available whenever we had questions too. I would recommend the house to anyone who is considering a family trip. The best summary was probably when our youngest actually cried the day we left and said “but I love this house!”

Great Stay during Snow Apocalypse

Great place for the whole family!

We very much enjoyed our recent stay. The house had everything our family needed for our stay. The kitchen was as well stocked as my own at home which made it very easy to prepare large meals for the whole family. Including but not limited to a crock pot and waffle maker. The grocery store was only a few minutes away and we were lucky enough to be able to go sledding right outside! The only bummer was that the arcade, darts, Nintendo system in the game room weren’t working. There was plenty to do without those things though. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Felt like home (only much nicer!)

This was a great place for a family stay. It's just like home, only much nicer! Some rental places feel somewhat sterile as they are set up for rental and many of the furnishings are sparse or cheap. Not so with this place, they have really opened up their home to you. Cooking is a breeze with the well apportioned professional grade kitchen and the game room is a big hit with the kids (of all ages). Definitely recommend this property, we know we'll be returning!

We spent quite some time looking for the perfect home in Incline Village and the search paid off. Incline Village is a unique Tahoe destination and our home is complete with a fully appointed Chef's Commercial Kitchen, outdoor jacuzzi, private setting with picturesque views of the lake and forest as well as a natural creek running through the backyard. Enjoy a beverage on the decks with the tranquility of the running water.
