The villa is a standalone private residence, designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups while maintaining privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, tranquil water views, and easy access to town by boat, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion

I am your Point Person from the moment you inquire to the day you depart. I am available to answer your questions or offer any suggestions. I can arrange your excursions, inner island flights, golf cart rentals, reservations etc..
We also have a Caretaker who lives on the premises and is available to assist you with anything you may require.

Villa #2 is set in a private enclave of radiant and immaculately appointed vacation homes, surrounded by the crystal blue waters of the San Pedro laguna in a stunningly tranquil and prime location, only a half mile by water from the heart of San Pedro town. Our private water taxi provides complimentary scenic 3-5 minute scheduled boat shuttles to/from San Pedro.

Villa 2 is located a 1/2 mile by boat from San Pedro Town and is easily accessed via one of our boat shuttles.
We highly recommend renting a golf cart to go grocery shopping, dine out, explore the island, and enjoy the nightlife however you will find many grocery stores, markets, restaurants, boutiques and a plethora of beach bars all within steps from our dock located in the heart of downtown San Pedro.

The villa is located approximately ½ mile west of San Pedro, offering a quiet waterfront setting while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, and excursions.
Boat Transfer Details:
