EverBlue Villa was built in 2022. It's a unique home on the beautiful island of San Pedro , Belize. It's considered to be one of the top Vacation homes in San Pedro with a modern tropical vibe.
EverBlue Villa is our beautiful dream home with an ocean view located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro town center. This home exemplifies modern island luxury offering 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own outdoor deck. There is a 4th bedroom that houses two bunk beds (sleeps 4). EverBlue Villa comfortably sleeps 10 with 2 king beds,1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is also a futon bed that can sleep an additional 2 people. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a guest bathroom on the main floor. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and celebrations. It overlooks the beautifully lighted pool ready for your refreshing evening swim. The rooftop has spectacular views of Caribbean sunrises (oceanside) as well as the stunning sunsets on the lagoon side. There is plenty of seating to relax and take in the views as well as games and a grill to cook your catch of the day.

Our home is conveniently located! It’s about a 15-minute golf cart ride into the town of San Pedro with easy access to Secret Beach just 10 minutes away, and many restaurants nearby. You will be steps from the ocean to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. Tours and excursions can be scheduled through the local dive shop just minutes away. Excursions and golf cart rentals can also be arranged prior to arrival through our management team.

This is a beautiful home north of San Pedro. Daniella was so helpful. Make sure to talk with her for snorkeling expeditions and other fun activities. A few things to note:. Water pressure is low and affects the dishwasher. I think this is an Island issue and not the house issue per se. Washer and dryer are not available to guests except for an extra fee. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and grocery store/gas station is close by. Enjoy your stay.

I was very pleased with my stay at EverBlue Villa beautiful house with lovely rooms i stayed in Contact with property manager Daniella she was very helpful when it came to things with the house also information about things to do on The island of san pedro and belize I really recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed

Family Spring Break Trip

Our 3-generation family spent a great week on Ambergris Caye. We snorkeled, visited Mayan ruins, went on a six-stop walking lunch tour, swam and sunbathed at the villa's pool, and went out for some nice dinners. We ate at Aji, the Truckstop, Evi's Kitchen and the Garage. The villa's management company was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend our villa and a trip to Ambergris Caye.

Great Hideaway Spot!

José the property manager was excellent. He decorated the property for my birthday. If we had any issue/question he was very responsive. He even my took our luggage to the ferry. Very great spot! Nice view

Amazing house in San Pedro

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Only issue we had is that washer and dryer are listed as amenities, but you don't have access to them. We reached out to the owner and he was able to assist us with getting laundry done mid-week. Jose was fantastic and helped us with luggage to and from the airport and any request or question we had throughout the week.

Lovely place off the beaten.

Jose was the best part of our stay. He was so very helpful in many ways and times. The pool was so inviting and refreshing Short walk to the beach with kayaks and paddle boards. The kitchen could use a strainer, cookie sheet, pitcher that wasn’t cracked The listing stated washer and dryer, which was at first not available to us. But the owner finally gave us permission???? If the listing is more than 10 days, it should include maid service at least once.

House is beautiful. Clearly a 1M kinda house. There were some flaws (like pool waterfall) but none that mattered a lot. Not having full access to the washer/dryer was ROUGH! They wanted to charge us to have their people do the laundry. I was told 125. Not sure if that is per load, for all we had, or what. We were also disappointed that the huge sitting area on the 3rd-floor lookout isn’t there. There were some seats - but not that half-circle couch in the pic. VERY comfortable. Beach is a little bit of a walk. You cannot go straight out the door to the water. Our “welcome” person was late to the airport, causing us (and our cart rental people) to stand around waiting….. and ultimately didn’t take us back to the airport because she was busy eating the leftovers. But still amazing property - perfectly comfortable and right between town and Secret Beach - which is what we wanted.

Relaxing Family Stay in Ambergris Caye

We had a lovely time with our group of nine, ranging from ages 3 to 75, at Everblue Villa. The property is lovely - we watching hummingbirds, orioles, and warblers in the brush as we hung by the pool. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The view of the ocean is divine. And there’s an on demand hot water heater so despite six adults generally showering in the morning we were all very comfortable. We came during the windy season (March- April), which probably isn’t the most ideal time to visit Ambergris with small kiddos, but we spent most of our time with Scuba Daze Belize just five minutes up the road by golf cart and did a day trip to Caye Caulker and went fishing with this group. Their location is very convenient to this house - just fyi if you need something to do. Theres also access to the beach through an alleyway about two hours down the street from this one if you want to beach walk. You’re slightly further north here from the main city center but we wanted something quieter. Theres a nice grocery store just about 8-10 mins up the road.We had one minor mishap while staying here - a breaker tripped and temporarily cut off the water and the host responded to us within minutes of us alerting him to the issue. There was someone at the house within the hour and they fixed it quickly. So we really appreciated how responsive they were to us. Highly recommend this place and saw that it’s also for sale if you want to move in permanently - tempting!!!

AMAZING PROPERTY

EverBlue Villa is brand new, and located approx 5miles North of town. Trip via golf cart takes b/w 20 to 25 mins. Its also located about 15 mins from Secret beach which is awesome! There are a couple of local small stores very close by (one is literally behind the house) that have necessities, but if you need to do a big grocery order, you will have to go into town. There are restaurants nearby that you can access by golf cart, including Truck Stop, that are about 10-15 mins away. All of the roads are bumpy, including the "paved ones" but its no big deal, the golf carts are made for this. The property is not directly on the beach, but has beautiful views from the second and third floors. It is steps away from the beach which is visible from the first floor as well. The water is not really accessible because there is a small rock seawall that you would need to climb down to get to it. Have no fear, the walk along the beach is still beautiful and you can walk out over the water on several piers that are easily accessible. There is a resort very close by, Indigo, accessible by the beach and the sand road where you can walk and lie out on the beach and go into the water. The Villa is tucked back off the main road and is very quite. Jose runs the property and is AMAZING, helping us with anything we needed, food reservations, travel, excursions etc. Micheal is a very accessible host as is his assistant Ciani! They know AC very well and have alot of contacts there! We will be back!!

We are excited to welcome you to our beachfront home on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye. This home is our Happy Place!

We want your stay to be a comfortable retreat in our modern state-of-the art home. You will delight in exploring the area, Secret Beach is 10 minutes to the West, San Pedro city center is 15 minutes to the South. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from whether you head North or South to the tip of the island on both the lagoon and ocean side.

We hope you are able to relax and completely unwind during your stay here. For guests that need to connect and work we made sure to include Wi-Fi and the ability for streaming your favorite shows on the TVs for those rainy days.

We are grateful you chose to spend time at our home. We fell in love with Ambergris Caye years ago and hope you do too as you meet the welcoming locals, enjoy the amazing food, and take in the breathtaking views. Please relax and enjoy your stay.
