Sorry for the inconvenience. Our son lives 2 door away and was there to fish out the baby bird ASAP. We can't control the weather or nature. The heater is very simple to use. It has an up and down switch adjusting the temperature. The other switch is an on and off switch. The owner likes to personally meet the clients and take them through the process with the pool. Most of our renters like the home feel and feel like it saves them some money. If you read this and dont care for the home feeling its not for you.

The house was cleaned the morning of your stay by 2 housekeepers. The pool was completely redone less than 2 years ago. We did discover a very small leak in a hose. We called the pool company and it was fixed during you stay. We only asked for you to turn the faucet on if it looked low. In California we have water rationing and we ask that you turn the pool and jacuzzi off when not using. That seems reasonable. We have two bathtubs. The large One empties our 80 gallon tank and is currently against the local rules to fill. Our oven and stove are Dacor, look them they are not cheap or outdated. We spoke to this renter almost daily and heard nothing. we don’t charge extra for the heated pool and jacuzzi. Maybe we should. We have 2 properties and we haven’t had negative review. In fact most are return renters. We had just purchased Italian leather for the living and family room.
