This cozy family friendly A-Frame style mountain home is located in the heart of the ski area within walking distance to the lifts! The 3 bedrooms include 2 queens and a set of twins. The master bathroom has a 2-person Jacuzzi tub. This home features an open living room with large picture windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and gorgeous views of Mt. Crested Butte. | | Parking: 2 cars can fit in garage and 2 cars in the driveway. There is not any parking allowed on the streets in Mt. Crested Butte. | | A pet is welcome (with a $200 pet fee). The place was very clean and very spacious. The views were incredible. We didn’t need to start up our car once because the walk to the ski base and the shuttle to town were so close and convenient.

The location was great and had a fantastic view. The deck could use some work but everything else was great. The house is dated some but well furnished and clean. All amenities functional without any issues. Would stay there again and will probably book for two weeks next trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is our third time to stay in this house and we will definitely be back Very conveniently located house. Check in and check out were very easy. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We cooked during our stay, using the grill on the deck and the stove and microwave in the kitchen. Everything we needed for cooking meals.

Family Ski Week

Location is great! The house worked well for the family and dog. Basically clean but lacked some attention to detail. Customer service was good. We enjoyed our first visit to Crested Butte.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good, the property is old and showing wear and tear but it was comfortable. There were many nice blankets to cozy up with. The fireplace was great.

Older Family Ski House

Really good location to ski resort and maroon bells hiking and biking. The house was clean. the beds are comfortable, kitchen appliances and furniture are dated, but functional. It is pet friendly but not really pet safe. The spacing on the deck railing is not safe for small pets or small children and has a long drop to the driveway below. The deck posts are also walking off the concrete pylons. Although the natural landscape is probably beautiful when in bloom now the entire yard and driveway are full of three feet tall weeds, dried grass and stickers so maybe better to use in winter months.

Comfortable home in excellent location

This home was perfect for us for an extended stay with family. It’s dated but spacious and comfortable. The garage was helpful for storing bikes. We cooked a lot and had to borrow a cookie sheet from a friend. No spices (not even salt) or olive oil so bring your own. Grill works. We bought a scrub brush for dishes and a few additional dish towels and dog towels and took them with is when we left. Easy access to Snodgrass Trail, to José restaurant at Elevation Hotel, the lift, etc. Quiet dead end street, and we saw foxes across the street daily.

We stayed here with adults and children and everyone was comfortable. The attached garage is a nice bonus, especially in wintertime when it snows and snows! Booking and check-in/check-out were easy.

1st ski trip to Crested Butte

This was our first trip to CB for my wife, daughter and grandson. We loved it and will be back again! When I was looking for a house, I was torn between being in town or up at the mountain. I am so glad that we stayed at the mountain on Treasury Rd. This house was perfect for us! We loved the views of the Crested Butte Ski Resort from our living room. We could watch skiers coming down at the end of the day after we finished and watching the snow groomers do their work at night with their lights. It is not a short walk to the lifts but manageable. Generally I dropped everyone off at the ski area drop off point and then I drove back to the house and parked the car back in the garage and walked to the lift in my ski boots. House was clean and very nice. Would definitely consider renting it again if we go back in the future.

Well maintained Property

We enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped with good quality pots and pans and small appliances. This is an older property but is well maintained. The location is ideal and we enjoyed the beautiful view.

Crested Butte Wedding

37 years living in the Colorado mountains and first time in Crested Butte. beautiful place, lovely people and an amazing wedding. Six of us shared this rental along with my dog. Everything was perfect. Plenty of room, very clean, well stocked and magnificent view of the mountain. Thank you. We really enjoyed out stay.

Great location

Was a spacious comfortable home in a great location! Would rent again but the master bedroom needs a king bed instead of the current full size. Also the kitchen could benefit from the addition of some basic ingredients/spices.

Great space close to the resort

Short walk to the resort, spacious and clean. Only minor complaint was that the internet speeds were slow; not a great spot to work from of you need to take video meetings.

Legacy property with high value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beware: this property changed the description and removed beds after booking with no notice!!The property is definitely older and in need of a refresh. On the other hand, the price and location give it one of the best values on the mountain. The carpet, bathrooms, and curtains were likely installed 40 years ago but were immaculately cleaned. The driveway was not. You will need exceptional driving skills and a 4x4 to get into the garage if CB has had any snow in the last month. The property company will only plow if there’s 8in or more snow even though the driveway is treacherous with only 2in of snow and ice.One major concern with this property is that they’ve stored obviously soiled bedding in the left attic storage “room” off of the master bedroom. This bedding likely has black mold infesting it and, in short, is absolutely nasty. If you rent this property, I highly recommend you contact the owners and ensure this is removed.

Great location

We had a great stay! We had plenty of space for 3 couples and 2 dogs. The view is incredible, we really enjoyed the fireplace. We were able to walk to the Red Lady lift and the town shuttle, ~10 minute walk. I would recommend bringing your own spices & coffee, otherwise the kitchen has all the other equipment you may need. There's also a coffee shop in the village. Thanks for being dog friendly! I

Crested Butte winter wonderland!

Our rental house at 21 Treasury Rd. was a wonderful surprise. We had an amazing view of the mountain from the living room. The house was very roomy with a very well equipped kitchen and extras in the home. We were able to easily walk to ski area from the house. Mattresses could use replacing but otherwise the house was perfect for a family of four adults and one infant. The town was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had plenty of snow for skiing!

Christmas Ski Vacation

Wonderful home! Contrary to the below negative review...disregard! This home has a fabulous floor plan, very open living area/kitchen, spacious, gorgeous view of the mountain you are skiing!! The photos online do it NO JUSTICE. Beautiful huge deck, great natural gas grill, well equipped kitchen. The loft is big enough for inflatable mattresses; as, we used to accommodate. 3 complete bathrooms, 2 car garage for your access!!!.. Big Plus!!! The drive way is steep so be aware, but they make sure it is cleaned when you arrive and if you like to shovel, tools are there. We had 4 wheel drive so no problem. The views are amazing, walk to the lift or drop off in less than 2 minutes. Very clean! Lots of amenities for us, I usually bring lots of stuff (soap, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, Kleenex, etc) these were all in abundance...unusual! We vacation a lot!!! Absolutely no complaints, will hope to return, had a wonderful time! Thank you!!! This is 5 Stars by far for a “budget home rental” If you pass it up, thanks....more time for us to grab it up!

Great Crested Butte stay

This property was spacious and had a great view from every window. Great dog friendly house.

I was worried about previous bad reviews, but this place was great. I hope to book it again next year!

Good location good views the house was filthy and everyone got sick.

"We just stayed at this house, Our dates there were 8/21/19 to 8/27/18 just this past weekend. We left early due to the condition of the house. The linens were disgusting (stained and torn), the blankets were indescribably gross, the house was not clean(dirty carpet, shabby towels, filthy chair in living room), shabby decor, shower curtain in main floor bath that kept falling off the hooks (plus it was UGLY UGLY UGLY), the pots and pans were disgraceful, the grill did not work, the rugs smelled awful and the windows had not been washed in months. The only thing decent about this property was the view which was through filthy windows. All four of us got sick. We believe we deserve a rebate on the price as the place was largely uninhabitable. We are convinced there is something toxic in the rugs. Whoever is in charge of cleaning this place should be fired.
