We rent ONLY to families and/or mature adults who are 25 or older. If you are not 25 or older, do not even contact us as we do not make any exceptions due to legal and insurance purposes. Further this is a NO SMOKING and no pet property.

Property DESCRIPTION:
Gorgeous top floor condo with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths plus an enclosed outdoor shower that is just a little more than one block from the beach and boardwalk and less than a 2 minute walk to the Convention Center.

Sleeps 9 in the bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 if using a pull Queen Sofa in the family room. There are 5 double beds, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed in the bedrooms.

Take the Convention Center's walkway and step onto the beach which is just a short walk from where the waves break. Plenty of room for lounging about after a day at the beach or night on the boards on the private deck or in the large open kitchen, dinning and family room area.

Family room has large mounted ultra high definition TV, state of the art stereo system, X-Box One Game system, pull out sleeper sofa and fireplace. Master bedroom has its own private bath, duel walk in closets, king size bed and flat screen HDTV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and tv. Two additional bedrooms include 4 additional twin beds and 1 more flat screen HDTV in each room.

Enjoy great views of the piers and boardwalk looking towards the north end of the island from your own private deck and relax with a front row seat to an unobstructed view of the weekly fireworks. There is a 2.5 car garage for parking and beach gear and an additional parking spot in the driveway. We also offer a full assortment of beach gear so you won't have to bring a lot!

Everything is in walking distance, you can park and not worry about driving until check out. Additional amenities include private enclosed outside shower, private backyard with large new propane barbecue. There are several Blu-ray and DVD players and a VCR, a complementary movie library for rainy days, upgraded cable with HBO , NETFLIX, Hulu, Disney plus, free high speed wireless internet, seating for 10 in the dinning room, ceiling fans in every room, central air and newly upgraded kitchen appliances and cooking range. For your child's entertainment and those young at heart, there is an X-Box One system complete with a library of games both on disc and on saved onto the X-Box hard drive.

At least 7 days advanced notice requested for all rentals. and all rentals are a minimum of 2 nights and if its an event weekend there may be a 3 night requirement where the 3rd night is discounted. Once again, the property rents only to families with responsible adults of age 25 or older, we do not make any exemptions to these policies.
