Fresh, modern updates create a cozy retreat in this spacious 1BR Telluride Lodge condo, ideally located within blocks of town, walking distance to shops/dining, and on the free shuttle route on Telluride’s west side. Features: king bed w/ blackout shades & ensuite bath, open living w/ full kitchen, sofa sleeper, daybed & smart TVs. Ideal for a solo traveler, couple, or small family— not groups. No pets/animals. TOT•BL #13

Telluride Lodge is between Main Street Telluride/W. Colorado Ave. and W. Pacific Ave. It is within walking distance to everything you want to do in the Town of Telluride--shops, restaurants and along the Galloping Goose town bus loop and river trail. Ski-in/ski-out or hike in / hike-out. For skiers, we are located directly across from Lift 7/Coonskin, lift ticket office, Telluride Sports equipment rentals. For summer travelers, we are within walking/biking/bus to Town Park festivals, trailheads, gondola to Mountain Village and Main Street shops/restaurants. There are neighborhood restaurants, liquor store and coffee in the Davis/Pacific area just one block away.

Each season, rental revenues are reinvested in the property and The property is professionally cleaned after each visit. I listen to guest comments and enjoy many repeat travelers.

All Telluride Lodge units are individually owned and managed--this is a spacious one-bedroom, one and a half bath condominium in downtown Telluride within walking distance to festivals & Main St., across from the river trail and along the town's shuttle loop. Telluride Lodge is one of the original complexes in town, located on one of the largest (5+ acre) parcels in the Town of Telluride which allows for open space, gas grills, hot tubs and off-street parking for one vehicle.

The property has over 800+square feet of interior living space with an 100 square foot private deck and private courtyard. Plenty of natural light from added windows. New quartz countertops/dining bar, flooring, stainless appliances, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, Samsung smart TVs in living and bedroom. Private entrance with large deck and landscaped courtyard. Convenient parking directly outside entrance.

The property is perfect for a single, couple or small family—adult groups are not recommended nor preferred. There is a pack & play and other childrens' accessories available upon request. It is not ideal for adults groups with full grown adults sleeping on the pullout or air mattress--someone usually gets the short end of the stick...

Perfect, cozy spot.

We had a lovely stay at this Telluride Lodge condo! It was a very comfy, roomy & quiet home base for the film festival, I would definitely stay here again. Peggy was helpful & accessible, I can't reccomend this place enough!

a perfect place

We absolutely loved this place, and hope to book it again next year. It's only a few minutes from the base of lift 7. It's very clean and convenient, and the light is gorgeous. It was perfect for me and my two daughters.

Awesome Condo!

Our stay in at the condo made our visit to Telluride truly a vacation. It was very very close to the lift and walking distance to restaurants and the gondola. The condo was spacious for the two of us and comfortable! The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great condo, great owner communications

Condo is in an older building but totally redone inside. It’s clean, comfortable, easy in/out in a great area within walking distance to everything in town. The owner was also excellent to work with.

Awesome town, great condo

Really enjoyed Telluride, no lines for the lifts, great skiing and cute downtown area. The condo was perfect, walking distance to a market and close to lift and ski rental. The unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, we were pleased. Thank you Peggy for your hospitality.

Perfect place for our stay

Great location close to town, bus, and ski lift. Perfect for two to four guests. Very clean and has everything you would need plus more. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Peggy was a great host. She is available if you need her. We will come back again.

Great property with great owner!

Fantastic updated condo just steps from the ski lift and within easy walking distance to everything the town of Telluride has to offer. Super clean unit. Incredibly comfortable bed! Great planning and clear communication with the property owner. Highly recommend!

Excellent rental

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The kitchen is quite useful for cooking given the small size. The living space is beautiful. Conveniently located for skiing and town. Peggy was very helpful and even had coffee and bagels ready for us since we got in late at night. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Nice location and nice condo

Had a great time in Telluride, starting with our very nice place to stay. The unit is very functional for two adults and Peggy was kind enough to start us off with a few treats in the refrigerator. The unit is located right next to a grocery store which made things nice and easy for us to get settled.

Very Nice Unit and Great Location

The exterior of unit looks dated but the interior was very nice with updated furnishings, spacious, clean and comfortable. Lots of natural light and the windows have good air flow for the warmer summer days. The unit is split level so the bedroom is a few steps down from main floor. The location was great. We walked to a restaurants, Main St., etc. City Market is conveniently right around the corner.

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo in a great location. Everything we needed in the town was within walking distance. You are only a half block from the grociery store, a few of blocks away from downtown and the Gondola to go to the Mountain Village. We were there in the fall and Telluride is just beautiful!!! The condo itself was very nice and updated. Peggy was a delight and was very helpful regarding information regarding our stay. Her condo was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great condo

We loved this condo. Location was excellent. We were able to walk with ease to downtown Telluride. The condo was quiet, we didn't hear any of our neighbors at all. It was clean and I personally enjoyed reading all of the historical books on the coffee table about Telluride and it's rich past. The owner was extremely nice. She communicated with me very well. We will most likely be back next year. A+!

Perfect Telluride condo!

Telluride Lodge unit 515 was perfect for our stay in Telluride for the Ride Fest! First off, Peggy, the rental owner was always readily available if we had any questions throughout the rental process. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us, but would be great for up to 6 people. We were welcomed with a few goodies from Peggy and all the directions we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean and welcoming and fully stocked! There wasn't one thing missing! Once we parked our car at the lodge, we never drove our whole stay. Everything was within walking distance. Overall, we were more than pleased and we will definitely be contacting Peggy again when we visit next time!

Very convenient and clean condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable bed, cozy living area and excellent kitchen appointments. It is very near to Clark's market which we really liked as it is a full-service grocery store. Peggy was a wonderful host - she left a few snack items for us. This was very much appreciated as our flights were delayed, we missed a connection and arrived much later than we originally scheduled. It was also nice to have all the basics already there, which is not always the case! Salt/pepper, coffee, sugar, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The 2nd half bath was a nice addition to a one-bedroom unit and conveniently located. The only thing missing is a place to sit to put your ski boots off and on. But otherwise, a great place to stay in Telluride, only a short walk to Main Street and to the Coonskin Lift. Peggy also allowed us to check out late, which was extremely helpful!

Great Location

My husband and I stayed in the condo for almost a week and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The lifts are right across the street and the grocery store is around the corner. Town is just a few blocks away and is a nice walk if it isn’t too bitter cold. The condo was clean and the pictures were as advertised. Peggy was great and easy to work with. It was a pleasant surprise to see bagels, cream cheese and coffee after a long travel day. She answered all questions prior to arrival in a timely manner and her recommendations were spot on. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes to prepare meals. We had a few nights were the noise level was high in the condo above us but that is no fault of the owners. One thing I would recommend is a clock in the living room. We were always wondering what time it was but we were on vacation so time was not an issue! Thanks Peggy for everything.

Telluride Ski Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Telluride, staying at #515 Telluride Lodge. Peggy, the owner was wonderful. Left us bagels and coffee for our arrival. The condo had everything in it for a very comfortable stay. One of the best features of this condo is its location. It was literally 400 feet from the Coonskin Lift and steps away from the Grocery Store, which made for a very enjoyable stay. we loved Telluride, and looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful stay in Telluride!

We stayed here for close to two weeks. It is an excellent condo, spotless and has everything you need for cooking and hanging in Telluride. Location could not be better, everything walkable and has a great deck and small yard. We will be back!

Telluride is amazing and this property was the perfect way to enjoy this perfect town! I hesitate to sell this place too hard because we plan to come back and I want to stay here again! Absolutely cannot say enough great things about this experience. Loved it!

Fantastic!!!

We had an amazing trip to Telluride. Peggy was so lovely and very hospitable. She was easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. There were even bagels and cream cheese to greet us!!! This was such a surprise, especially after such a long trip from Australia. The condo was absolutely spotless and a lot larger than we expected. The floor plan is fantastic.The outlook from the windows is really nice. Location is great - so close to the chairlift and an easy walk to town, plus the market is right there (the bags left for guests to take to the market were very much appreciated). Our expectations were met beyond what we hoped! Thanks Peggy.
