The Host was always contactable with any issue that we needed help with, Villa was clean and comfortable, big enough for our family of 8 for 3 weeks and really enjoyed the pool overlooking the lake.Family friendly outside space with a wrap around pool guard made me much more comfortable with my younger children around the pool area.Would defiantly recommend to others for a quiet Florida stay but still close enough to all the attractions.

We welcome our guests as if they were part of an extended family since they enjoy what we enjoy when visiting our vacation home. We continually are trying to provide conveniences and improvements so all who come to visit enjoy the special atmosphere we enjoy when staying at our vacation home.
One of the greatest compliments we receive is when a guest is one who has visited us in the past and decides to visit us again the next time they were vacationing in the area.
Returning guests only make us continue to try and improve our home's amenities and we thank them for choosing our home.
Warm Regards,
Alex & Patty

We appreciate our guests' comments because they are the most important reasons, we try to maintain our vacation home with all the necessities as if they were at their own home.
When our guests take their own vacations, we try to put ourselves in their place and what amenities and appearances we would like in a home and continue to strive to make our home a 'home away from home'.
Sincerely,
Alex & Patty

Great vacation home!
The house was great. We especially liked having the pool. It was close to Disney but far away from all the hustle and bustle close to Disney. Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated having your family here for the holidays and appreciate your comments.
Our vacation home is at a convenient location and as you indicated close enough to Disney but far enough to enjoy the local restaurants and shopping without the crowds.
We try to have our home always ready with peaceful views of the lake from the pool area and enjoyment of the outdoors from the Lanai area.
Thank you again for your visit and we look forward to seeing you in the future and we wish you a happy New Year with continued memories.

Family Stay
We have stayed many places and this is at the top of the list as far as exceeding expectations! All of the amenities like the coolers, camp chairs, chalk for the pool sticks, etc were perfect. We never had the āI wish they had thisā feeling you get at other places weāve stayed. The lanai and pool area were perfect with lots of room for everyone and a nice view!
