Kamilo 321 is the most spectacular of the homes built at Kamilo. The beautiful model home of the Hoku A floor plan offers 2,100 sq. ft of interior living space and 550 sq. ft. of covered outdoor lanai space with every upgrade imagined by the developer. This single-story detached home features a solar heated pool and hot tub with fully retractable pocket doors for island-style living at its best. The floor plan has an open-concept feel with three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom which is perfect for 3 couples. The home is furnished with comfortable designer pieces in a crisp modern aesthetic. Enjoy complete privacy with golf course and mountain views.
The Kamilo development is comprised of single-family & paired homes on the Mauna Lani Resort and offers the best of both worlds with private vacation homes where you can relax and unwind, plus a community recreation center that will exceed your expectations. All guests who stay at Kamilo at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal facilities which includes an adults-only lap pool, a state-of-the-art private gym, an adults-only hot plunge and shower facilities. There is a second, larger family pool with a shallow end for small children, a hot tub and a large pavilion area with community gas BBQ's (reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts).
**Guests of 321 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through October 1, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

Gorgeous house and pool, very well maintained. The house was beautifully decorated with top of line cookware and appliances. All you need to buy are drinks and snacks, which can be purchased at the market on the Mauna Lani property (less than a mile from the house.). Will definitely come back to this property again.

Very nice but needs routine maintenance
Very nice house, well equipped, good location. We did have several maintenance issues. First, the pool was very dirty when we arrived. We found the pool net around the corner of the house, and used that to get out the larger pieces of debris. We also found an automatic pool sweep, installed it, and got it running. Second, when we tried to turn on the spa one day, it was not functional, no heat, no jets. That turned out to be a tripped circuit breaker, so it was an easy fix once the cause of the problem was determined. Third, the shower handle in the middle bathroom was broken, it turned around but released no water. It took about a day to get someone to look at it, then we found a note saying they would have to order a part. We called again and they were able to fix it the following day (2 days after reporting it). Fourth, the garage door broke, a cable was sprung and it got off track. With the door closed, both of our rental cars were stuck in the garage for about a day and a half, so that was disrupting to our plans. Then someone came and helped us get the door open, and our cars were freed, so we just didn't use the garage the rest of the trip. The door was still broken when we checked out 6 days later. Fifth, one day the air conditioner didn't work, the thermostat said "replace batteries". It was a fluke that we happened to have some extra triple A batteries, so we installed them and got the air back on. The office staff were very nice about these problems and did the best they could to resolve them. But for a rental this expensive, it was a little aggravating to run into so many issues.

Fantastic house in beautiful resort. Close to amazing beaches. Whole family enjoyed location. Very easy to shop and access beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous House!
We stayed her for a week and it was the perfect house to share with our family of 6. Great large kitchen to cook dinners and we used the hot tub every morning & evening before heading out to the Beach Club Beach! The view from the pool is over the golf course & we saw the wild goats daily!

This a beautiful, new home with high quality furniture and all the amenities you could want. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The only drawbacks... There is quite a bit of construction next door and the bed sheets are not super soft.
