This very comfortable two-storey holiday home offers stunning sea views from Victor Harbor to the Bluff. It provides accommodation for up to six guests in three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two single beds, all located downstairs for added convenience.
Upstairs, you will find an open-plan lounge and meals area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Step out onto the balcony off the living area to soak in the fresh air and take in the panoramic views.
Entertainment options include a TV and DVD player upstairs, as well as an additional DVD player for TV viewing only in one of the downstairs bedrooms. A selection of games and movies of all genres is provided for your enjoyment. For added comfort, the property features a CD player and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
The downstairs area features a convenient two-way bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. A laundry area with a washing machine is also available for your convenience. Additional amenities include a portable electric heater and fan to ensure your comfort in any season.
Outside, you will find an electric BBQ for outdoor cooking and dining. Please note that the yard is not enclosed, and a carport is provided for parking convenience.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
