The house il Bracconiere, part of an old typical Tuscany farmhouse, which origin has been dated in the XIII Century, has been restored in recent time, with the aim to accommodate our guest in comfort and charm, with a touch of History

The original building has been used, in origin, as a watch tower, located in strategic position to secure the passage from Valdarno to Florence.
Il Bracconiere has three levels.
The kitchen and dining are located at the lower level.
A French door opens to a private cozy courtyard, where you enjoy a great view of the garden and the valley, till Florence and the Appennine.
You use 10 steps to get at the mezzanine level, where is the sitting room with a double sofa and two armchairs, working desk, TV.
At the same level there is a bedroom with 2 large single beds, completed with a walk-in cupboard
A nice bathroom with a large shower.

Upstairs the master bedroom with king size bed and a cozy room with a comfortable double bed.
A full bathroom with shower and bidet.
The house is leading to a large garden, with a great look towards the valley.
A great variety off of aromatic plants, lavender, mint, sage, roses, fruit trees .....
The swimming pool is only 25 m. away.
To get at the property you have to drive for about 800 m. of dirt road.
In Tuscany Countryside the majority of road are the same.
The Council of Greve in Chianti, does not let to change anything from the origin situation.
The mean reason is to keep the landscape as used to be in the past, to have a feeling of a real Tuscany Countryside.
The house is very close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist shop, coffee shops.....interesting wine area where it is recommended to have a nice tour in the nearby wine cellar to enjoy a great test of the best Chianti.
The distance to Florence is about 20 km, the gate of the Autostrada only 16 km.
From il Bracconiere you can visit the most important historical towns like Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo.....
It is possible to organize cooking lessons, for a minimum of four persons
