Cozy A-Frame

Newly remodeled retreat for a family or couple. Families with kids will love the loft! Relax on the covered porch or sun deck with lakeview. Located in a private, quiet area on an acre park-like lot. Neighborhood amenities include; swim dock, fishing dock, club house, playground and boat ramp just down the street. While no overnight boat slip is available, there is a nice pebble beach for landing your boat if you wish to keep in the water throughout the weekend. The large lot has plenty of trailer parking near the cabin. Plenty of sleeping space upstairs and down, great sun porch, large open living/dining area. Located between Duck Creek and Monkey Island with marinas, restaurants, and other amenities nearby via land or water. Families will enjoy large areas for outdoor activities, BBQ Smoker, picnic table, and easy lake access. Bring your boat! Ramp and beach parking included. RV / Camper AC Power and water available. Please note that we do not allow pets with no exceptions.

Wonderful 4th!

We were here to celebrate the 4th of July with friends. The house was perfect for us! The kids loved having the upstairs to them selves. The house was stocked with everything we needed!! Lots of room to park the boat and the kids to run and play. Joe was great with answering all my questions in very timely manor! I will say overall this is the best experience I have had with renting a place! Highly recommend!! Oh and the wild life was so much fun to watch. So many deer! A

July 4th Celebration

This property was perfect. The location was nice and quiet…and definitely close to where we wanted to be (near Cherokee Yacht Cub). I highly recommend staying in this adorable A frame. Thank you for helping make our visit the best!

Cozy

This little cabin is very peaceful and enough room for a family of four, that includes two teenagers. It was a nice, restful getaway for all of us. The location allows access to the lake and a golf course not far away.

Great place to stay

Got a little cozy with 4 adults and 2 kids and only 1 bathroom but we made it work. Great neighborhood, lots of parking and close to the water. Got to meet the owners who were very nice and answered every call. Joe is a great host. We had a great time and will definitely be going back

Great place for extra guests!

We rented the A Frame for some Visiting guests so they would have a little more space since we have a small cabin! They mainly just slept there but the afre was clean and quaint and ready for guests. Joe was easy to work with!

Friends getaway

Amazing!

Very cozy little cabin with plenty of room for everyone! Well stocked and clean when we arrived. Owner was very helpful and responded to us very quickly any time I text. I would definitely recommend, and would happily visit again!!!

Absolutely recommend

Great spot to stay very quiet neighborhood not too far from the water and everyone is very nice. The Aframe was clean and had everything you could have needed. They even supplied a few snacks and bottled water.

Cute A-Frame!

We came as a Father's Day surprise for my husband. Our children & I looked at a few different options and ultimately decided this would be the perfect little getaway. The A-frame is updated throughout. We enjoyed the decor. We brought some of our own games, as we normally do, and had a blast playing up in the loft one evening. The deer were fun to watch! Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. We did spend some time in Grove, which was about 25-30 minutes away. You could easily spend most of your time right there at the A-frame (after buying some groceries, of course!). The weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to swim or go out on the water. We did take a stroll around the neighborhood and took in all of the beautiful views (and spotted even more deer)! We also grilled some hot dogs Father's Day evening. The area/yard next to the A-frame is plenty big enough for throwing frisbees, etc. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and Joe was very responsive to texts during our stay. The snacks on the table and cold water bottles in the fridge were a nice welcoming touch upon our arrival. We will treasure the memories we made there!

Quaint Little Spot on Grand Lake

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. I adore the new and old mixed in this place. We did spend most of our time on the lake. The cabin was comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. My only negative is having to haul off trash. I don't like having to put it in my car to drive it somewhere.

Better than the photos! Everything my gals needed for a relaxing girls weekend!!

Adorable little cabin. Everything we needed and more. A little larger shower stall would be nice, but it has a detachable shower head that helps make up for the space. Loved the porch & the chairs to lounge on. Several deer meander around the neighborhood & a little view of the lake is able to be seen from the porch. We appreciated Joe's responsiveness & making sure we had everything we needed. Perfect girls weekend!!!
