This amazing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1180 square foot, family-friendly condo is the ultimate vacation destination located directly on Pinellas County’s Gulf Coast & World Famous pristine white sand beaches. This home is located in the perfect spot. A waterfront restaurant is right across the street in addition to boat & scooter or cart rentals.

This exclusive condo boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico to the West from the Master bedroom, living room, dining room & the kitchen. The remaining 2 large bedrooms provide you with a glimpse of the Intracoastal Waterway to the East & make this 2nd floor condo stand & far above expectations.

The Master suite features a King size bed & private bathroom fit for the most discriminating guests with a spacious updated shower and granite counter tops. This great condo offers a split bedroom plan with the larger guest room boasting 2 double beds while the smaller bedroom has 1 Queen. The guest bath, also remodeled features a tub & shower combo.

The fine furnishings throughout this condo will please the most meticulous guests. After the day on the beach it’s just a short walk or drive to some enjoyable restaurants. Our Pinellas County beaches also offer a Trolley Service with stops along Gulf Boulevard furnishing you access to the many local treasures we have to offer all day and late into the evening for minimal costs. If you have a vehicle there is a reserved parking space under the garage as well as guest spaces out front for your convenience.

The property itself was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and in a prime location. The direct access to the beach from the balcony was the cherry on top. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location for beach, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Stairs from balcony to pool and beach were so convenient. Loved the cabana rentals on the beach. Appreciated the fans provided for each room for white noise while sleeping. Kitchen cabinets and dishes could use a deep cleaning but fully stocked. Property manager communication was amazing. Will for sure consider renting again if we return to this area.

Can't get much better on the beach

The condo is spacious and very well-appointed. The spiral stairs from the deck to the pool and beach were a nice bonus. And the property manager was very responsive to questions. We had a great time!

Great place

This property was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the access to the pool and beach. Whenever there was an issue with the place, it was immediately taken care of. We had a wonderful trip and we would go back again.

Much needed family vacation!!

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had! The location is so perfect and the beach and pool access could never be better. Although it would be great to find other new places to stay around this area we have discussed that we would love to just come right back to this condo due to the amazing location, service, cleanliness, beach access, and overall atmosphere. What a wonderful and amazing place for an intimate family vacation!!

Family trip to celebrate my retirement

The lovely condo was the perfect space for our family of seven. The condo has all of the amenities needed for family comfort and fun. We especially appreciated having beach toys and chairs for our use. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from our lovely balcony. Our family plans to be return guests.
Sunsets were awesome.
We enjoyed strolling after dinner.

Windows not cleaned, rented for sunsets and very disappointed. Also, in opening drawers of dresser the must was overwhelming.

Unfortunately, we had a couple of storms blow through just prior to your check in and I would expect some salt spray and sand could occur after the cleaning. The sliders are always cleaned and we are sorry we are not able to control when the storms come and leave the sliders less than perfect for our guests. We will certainly have our cleaners check the dresser drawers for dust, I think that is what you were referring to. Sorry it was not what you expected although upon check in you indicated all was as expected. Thank you for your feedback. It is helpful.

Slice of Paradise

This condo's backyard is the Gulf of Mexico. What an incredible week of family bonding in this well kept condo. Truly a slice of paradise on the Florida Gulf Coast.

Great place to stay!!!

Great location, extremely short walk to the beach, condo was clean & well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid). Beach towels & chairs were provided. The check in process was easy. Beth was amazing. My family will definitely be booking with Beth again in the future.

Summer Fun

This was a great condo, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was big enough for our family and friends. The beach towels and the cooler were a huge plus. The girls enjoyed the easy access to the beach via the stair off of the Deck. I would stay here again.

Great location and condo

Thank you for sharing the condo with our family! The condo was exactly as described on the listing. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The cooler, and beach chairs/toys were a great plus! We really enjoyed the quiet location and not being too far from anything!

Wonderful location!

Amazing sunsets every night! Loved the wrap around balcony and being able to access the beach from spiral stairs.....so convenient. The grills being close to our unit was great! Kitchen had everything we needed and I could still see the sunsets while cooking! Location was great! Beach was not crowded and great to walk for miles! Would love to visit this condo again!

Perfect location

We have been going to IRB for 10 years. This is by far our favorite condo. It’s an end unit with plenty of space, spiral staircase to the pool and beach and everything you need! Lots of San Toya and chairs (not guaranteed as people leave what they buy) but we look forward to staying again next year! And Beth is extremely responsive during the booking and check in process!

Great condo

This was a very nicely furnished condo and had everything that you need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as having all the beach equipment that you need to enjoy the day at the beach. There are beach chairs, towels and coolers available in your unit to use. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this unit and I am looking forward to returning in the near future!
