The floor plan was designed with an open kitchen/living room and dining room for the perfect family time gathering spot for games, dinner and even movie night. The dining room table seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the island. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a king bed. Upstairs, you will find bedroom 2 suite with a king bed. There are 2 more bedrooms with king size beds, as well. That is right! This home offers 4 king bedrooms. There are 2 full size beds with a kitchenette. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Beach Bound VW95 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and one in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a place for it to be parked.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and garage of VW95. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
