The first floor boasts an open floor concept with everything you need in the kitchen, SS appliances, stocked Keurig, dining set for up to 6, living room with couch, ottoman, swivel chair, 50” TV with Sonos speaker, gas fireplace, and a full bath. Sliders open to a large patio that includes a sitting area with Adirondack rockers, a dining table/chairs/umbrella for up to 6, a Weber grill, and a private outdoor shower.
