Unique beach home recently remodeled. New AC unit just installed (May ‘24). Large wrap around deck with swimming pool directly behind the house (pool is shared with a small association in the complex). Owned beach access located directly across West Beach Blvd providing a fast and easy walk to the beach. Located just ten blocks from downtown Gulf Shores where you will find all the shops, stores, restaurants, and festivals. Sleeps seven. King bed in master with queen and twin bunks in second bedroom. Equipped with all new bedding and three Vizio flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. Computer work station with wifi. Fully equipped kitchen. Just bring the groceries, a smile, and have a great stay at Sea & Sun #7! Families with parents present or groups 25 and over only.

A great location for a great value!

We loved our stay here! It was literally just a short walk to the beach and the place had great amenities. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here with family. It was great having more than two beds so nobody had to sleep on a pullout. Beds were comfy and the space was clean. Proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk across the road and through the parking lot. The road was a little busy during peak times, but otherwise not bad. Also the cottage did shake when walking across the room. Everything was as advertised and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Sea and sun

It was in a great spot nice manager but it was hot in the condo could not turn the thermostat under 72. We had to wash the blankets and clean the drains. Under the beds and couches were dirty.

Wonderful location! House was a great size for what we needed. The house is cute but needs some tlc! Beds are comfy but the pillows are horrible. Bring your own if you can! You can not adjust the AC lower than 72 so at night it is pretty hot. This was out first time staying in a house on stilts, it moves a lot! Anyone on the deck, the house moves, washer/dryer on the house moves. There is a decent amount of kitchen equipment for cooking but there was only 4 forks so with a house of 7 we had to use spoons for most of our meals. Overall nice place to stay. Hosts were very nice and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Spacious beach house

Our stay was fabulous. For my family of 5, there was plenty of space and comfort. We loved having two bathrooms, and there was a nice convenience store and restaurant a block away. We came for the festival, the shuttle was right across the street and we did walk back a couple times also which was not too far maybe 25 minutes. The beach access is also across the street and was so lovely. The only issue I had was with the app I believe, I messaged the host to ask for an early check in and could not view the response. Stay at this place, it made our trip so awesome!

Very pleasant.

Every time we come to gulf shores we always try to see if the cottage is available. We love the cottage and the location at it. Very easy beach access for my in laws that were with us. They very much enjoyed it. Love love love this place. We will be back..and the owner answered all of our questions and got back to our questions very quickly.. awesome experience with in laws and all. Thanks so much.

The best beach booking ever!

First of all - the service. WOW. We searched for hours before we finally chose where we wanted to stay for our family vacation - and we were SO glad we chose this beach cottage. There is just enough room to both feel cozy and homey, but it is very nice and well-kept, which prompted us to take pictures of just how pretty the property is, both inside and out. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The bunk beds and full sized bed in the extra room (room aside from the master bedroom) makes families with multiple children not go through the hassle of finding somewhere that has enough room for kids to sleep that isn't on a pull out couch. The full size fridge and freezer made our stay with children very convenient. The stove and oven work properly. It is easily accessible and parking was never an issue. This cottage is not in a "loud" area of town, and is very peaceful. There are seats to sit on the balcony. The pool is very nice and well-kept as well. The kids said they didn't know if they liked the beach or the pool more, which is surprising because they absolutely love the beach. There are dishes there, so well stocked that we did not need to buy anything. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus. When we arrived home, I had very minimal laundry to do when we got home. There is a water spigot below so you can rinse off sand before going up to the cottage. There were plenty of cleaning supplies, a very nice large-capacity dishwasher. There is a convenient store w/i walking distance.

Better Cleaning of The Property

The bed sheets were dirty had stains on them , so we had to buy our own sheets and sleep on top of the sheets provided bc they were nasty and stained the restrooms were half cleaned shower curtains had rings and patches of dirt on them.

Beautiful location and property

Everything was as described. The location was perfect for my family of 5. The pool made baby nap time so easy. The house was clean and up to date.

Enjoyed it

The unit was clean and as advertised. Being the first unit in the complex was nice since it is a standalone unit and had the best front porch views. The beach access is directly across the road which was super convenient. The pool area was well kept. The complex was not busy during our stay. It's also a short walk to the convenience store to the west. We'll definitely consider staying at Sea & Sun #7 again.

I first found Gulf Shores in the mid '80's and became an owner shortly thereafter. I look forward to the time I can get here and enjoy the beach and ride the bike paths. I come in the spring and fall every year and the weather is spectacular.

I own a condominium and love coming to the beach, however, I wanted something along the beach area where it's less crowded and offers more privacy.

I had been looking for a beach cottage for the last few years that had the features and amenities and location I was looking for including a pool, easy access to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and activities. When I saw this property I knew I had found what I had been looking for.
