Dream ocean front condo completely renovated

Treat yourself to the vacation you deserve- Forget the "all-inclusive" pricey hotels, make your own memories with family and friendsh in your own oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 3 baths condo, at a fraction of the cost. This unit was just completely renovated, you will be the third one to rent it.

The condo is located in a gated community with beach and main entry security around the clock. One of the best features of the apt is the location; the beach is your front yard, the pool and pool restaurant are steps away. The ground floor access is phenomenal, no need to drag suitcases, groceries, water or worry about kids or older parents climbing two or three flight of stairs. If you forget something while at the beach, or need to refill a drink, you won't have to think twice about going back to the apt. It is a "priceless" convenience. In the evenings, the terrace is the perfect spot to relax and walk out to the beach with a drink in hand and enjoy the sound of the ocean, the stars and moonlight.

About the apt: it sleeps comfortably 6 -7 adults. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom with double sinks, sliding glass door to patio, A/C unit with remote control, ceiling fan, and a safe in the closet. Hair dryer in the bathroom.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom and double sinks. A/C unit with remote control, and ceiling fan. Hair dryer in bathroom.

The third bedroom has an extra large twin bed, a second twin bed with a trundle bed, A/C unit with remote control and ceiling fan. The hallway bathroom next to the bedroom has a large shower and two double sinks.

The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The dining table accommodates 6 people. The kitchen was just renovated with 2 sinks, a third water faucet with a reverse osmosis system. This system creates drinking water, no need to puchase water bottles. The kitchen is open and has a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, Ninja coffee maker, all the plates, glasses, silverware you need. A water cooler with a hot water dispenser also available as well as a washer and drier and an iron. All linens and beach towels are provided.

The patio area has a brand new propane BBQ grill, a picnic table, two lounge chairs and separate sitting area. .

Now about the area: Stanza mare is in the heart of El Cortecito Beach in Bavaro, a top ten rated Caribbean beach. The condo is 20 minutes from Punta Cana airport. There is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance, restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies, bakeries, gym, ATM, bars etc. if you golf, then you know, that this is golf heaven with great courses all within 20 minutes and transportation is included with your golf reservations. If you wish to explore there is a rental car company in the area. For tennis players Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center is also 20 minutes away by car.

This condo and location will become your home away from home. The complex is much quieter than the all inclusive hotels. Here, you decide how you want to relax. You can enjoy your time by the pool, reading or soaking in the sun. If you rather be at the beach you can sit under your palapa and take in the view, watch the boats go by or participate in activities such as parasailing, snorkeling, banana boat riding, kite flying, and fishing. The complex has a volleyball beach court and a Bocce sand area. If you like to walk, you can go on the beach approx 2.5-3 miles to the Dolphin area. Nice easy walk by lots of restaurants and great hotels. There is a local "shopping" area next to the beach for souvenirs etc. The vendors are not allowed to enter the condo beach area, but if you venture outside, the vendors will approach you to go to their shops. Be aware of FAKE cuban cigars...
If you like to gamble then you are in luck, casinos, like the one at the Hard Rock Hotel are a short drive away.
If you are a shopper, the Palma Real Village Mall, Blue Mall etc are also a short drive.
There is a Wendy's, gBurger King, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Outback, Hard Rock Cafe. and movie theaters all within 10-20 minutes drive.

The complex has a small restaurant open from 10 am -5 pm serving breakfast, lunch and appetizers. Drinks also available.
The food is reasonably priced, the best deal is the lunch special ( must ask for it early in the am) which is the food prepared for the employees and consists of rice, beans, lettuce and tomato salad and either chicken or beef all for approximately $6 per person. Please note that 90% of the restaurants in the area include the tip in the bill. They call it "LEY" ="law". It is a mandatory 10%. You can always add extra for good service. FYI the exchange given at the restaurant is a little lower than in most places. Better to pay with Dominican currency or credit card.

Free hi speed cable and Wi-Fi in the apt. Two private parking spaces, free chairs and umbrellas by the pool and wi-fi. Free chairs and palapa at the beach. If you want to arrange for excursions, tours, airport pick up etc. all can be arrange before your arrival. EVERYTHING CAN BE ARRANGED WITH OUR FULL TIME PROPERTY MANAGER WHO LIVES OFF SITE JUST AROUND THE CORNER.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION

The electric is NOT included in the rental and has to be paid at check out. A $100-200 USD deposit is required at arrival depending on nights reserved. If under 7 nights $100 deposit, longer stays $200. If your usage is less, then the difference will be refunded. This is an estimate of the charges if the A/C is used ONLY at night
1 bedroom A/C= $5-8 USD
2 bedrooms A/C= $10-15 USD
3 bedrooms A/C = $15-20 USD
3 bedrooms + Living Room= $20-35 USD
Again above figures are just estimates for NIGHT usage only. FYI- The clothes dryer is electric.
