Over Age 21 to Rent. 1 Bedroom condo Santa Barbara North 928 Wesley Ave (Queen size bed) newly remodeled, Living room includes futon sleeper sofa. Also included 1 roll away bed. Full bathroom, parking for 1 vehicle, WiFI, 2 flat screen TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, full oven, microwave, 8 cup coffee maker, cookware, toaster, blender, dishes and utensiles . Access to pool located in Santa Barbars South Bldg a three minute walk out the back driveway. Limited Exercise room next to lobby and coin operated laundry is on the premise. Please Note: No smoking is permitted in the building, balcony or parking area.

Great location

We found the place very neat and clean. Loved that it was only a few blocks away from beach and board walk. The owner was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

July stay

My family and I were looking for a last-minute place to rent in OCNJ and this property popped up. It was the right price, in a great location, and we had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay!

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is perfect for what we needed. Location was great! Everything was clean and the owner is wonderful!

Great for the 4th!

We enjoyed our stay and were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony versus fighting the crowds on the boardwalk. Close walking proximity to everything.

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the beach, although in the past we have stayed a little closer. We did not mind the extra distance, and it made it easier to check out the restaurants and shopping on Asbury. It was a little tricky trying to access the pool, but once we figured it out it was fine. The hosts were very understanding as I was having issues with my VRBO app/the booking (not related to the host). They communicated alternatively and were friendly. We would stay again.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful, clean condo that felt very spacious. Very well equipped. Excellent central boardwalk location. Owner was great to deal with. You can tell he cares about his place and the enjoyment of his guests. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Larry!!!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I were looking for a quaint, quiet place to get away for our Anniversary. We found it here. Everything about this trip was fantastic. Larry, the owner, answered all my questions within minutes. Communication was excellent. He met us at the condo upon check-in and gave the grand tour. It was so awesome to actually meet him as most property owners keep their distance. The condo was clean and fresh. I love to make meals and I was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was with everything needed to cook. The unit comes with cable tv, which I prefer. The closets had everything for the beach - chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Location is perfect. A few short blocks to the beach one way, and shopping/dining the other way. I liked that the unit has a private parking lot with a designated space to park - no battling trying to find street parking! All in all it was a comfy, wonderful stay. We hope to return in the future!

Had a very nice week, the place is very comfortable and clean . Location was only a few blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Check out time was perfect,not to early. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

I have been coming to OC,NJ for about 31 years now. Since having a family- we have had to change locations for our stay a few times. This location was perfect for our family of four. Two adults and two small children. We were able to spend time playing games in the kitchen area while the kids slept in the room. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony area was nice to sit and relax. The owner Larry met me there upon checking in to hand off the keys and go over some details of the location/stay. They also had a little handy packet on the fridge with the ‘goings-on’ in OC. Added bonus- Private off street parking spot, the loading area with carts to take your belongings up, the elevator and use of the pool at the building about a half a block away. Definitely looking forward to a future stay here!

Long Weekend Getaway

This really is an overall nice, clean property with a great location. Larry, the owner, was very kind, accommodating and the communication was top notch. Larry reached out prior to our stay to touch base and provide a few reminders which I felt started the trip off on the right foot and added that level of comfort we all look for when going to a new place and then was available via text & phone for the duration of our stay. We were very pleased with our experience dealing with Larry and OCNJ in general. I would certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Cute, Clean, and Convenient

Larry, the owner was just wonderful. Easy communication and very kind. Unit was perfect for our getaway. Wonderful location to boards, beach, and Asbury Ave. The deck is delightful to have coffee in morning and relaxing in the evening.

Perfect Spot - Great Location

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It's in the perfect location, super close to everything (boardwalk, shops, etc.). The the owner is lovely and was super responsive. Would stay here again!

Awesome experience at this great place!

My family (two adults, 2 kids 8 & 10 years ago) stayed here the week before Labor Day, and absolutely LOVED it! The owner helped us check in and provided helpful tips and information, then was available via text & phone when we had issues (internet wasn’t working but he gave us his personal WiFi password so we would have some service). And he also was quick to answer any questions about local places to go. The condo is great, very clean and has everything you need. My family and I actually slept on the futon and the kids had the bedroom (so we could put them to bed and then hang out in the living room), and we were all pretty comfortable. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the beach / boardwalk, but on a quiet street. Having access to the pool in the other condo building (3 minute walk) was a bonus. Over all, would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I was looking for

This was a great place for exactly the type of getaway I was looking for. It was a nice, comfortable space and easily accommodated myself and my family. The best part was its proximity to everything in Ocean City. I was able to walk everywhere as everything was just minutes away. It also has pool access at the building next door. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Short walk to beach and boardwalk

Larry's communication was great. The property was a couple blocks from boardwalk but since our kids are a little older (8 and 11) they didn't seem to mind the walk. The pool in the other building was very nice and clean. The area was very quiet and we had no issues or loud neighbors. I would definitely recommend this area and place. For our family of four the small size fit us perfectly!

Great for short trip!

Place was clean and worked out very well for us. Very close to the boardwalk and other shops/restaurants in town. Larry gave us perfect check-in and out procedures and responded quick to any messages and questions!
