4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath beach block beauty located in the desirable A-zone. Located on a quiet street this home is only steps to the beach!

The three story house features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and one half bath. Elevator, large outside deck area, three separate living areas with TV's, garage and plenty of parking. Walking distance to everything you need including food/bar, tackle, pizza and pharmacy.

The first floor has living area with TV and sleeper sofa, 2 bedrooms and laundry area. One bedroom has 2 Queen beds, private bathroom with tub and a second bedroom has a full and twin bed with private bathroom. The second floor has a junior suite with a King bed and full bathroom and small balcony. A second laundry room is located here and The master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, office area with a wet bar and large outside deck completes the second floor. The top main floor provides an amazing kitchen area full walk in pantry. Two separate living areas with flat screen TVs and large deck area with chairs and loungers.

A private outdoor shower area allows for easy beach cleanup. The garage is fully stocked with bikes and plenty of beach equipment for your enjoyment. Linens are not provided. Must bring your own sheets/towels or you may use a professional linen service.

Great house and location

This house was great. Everything was clean. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom. Location was half a block to the beach and half a block to several eateries.

Gorgeous house

Great house, the rooms and number of bathrooms is a key feature. The elevator came in handy as did proximity to the beach. Communication was good and description was accurate.

Beautiful beach home!

Everything as advertised. Property manager was very helpful and provided immediate responses to all questions and inquiries. House was very cozy and was at a perfect location. We hope to return in the future.

The perfect summer week

We cannot say enough good things about our stay and the entire experience. The house is spectacular and it is better than it is described in the listing. What you do not know is the extent of the owner’s care for the house and the tenants. The house was stocked with everything we could ever think of needing. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The house was immaculate. The elevator worked well and was perfect for carrying groceries up to the third level. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nicely decorated and very convenient. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The pantry was huge, and it already had many items in it. The house is only a short walk to the beach (about 6 houses), and the beach was great. The lifeguards were only a block away, and there is a nice bar/restaurant right there on the beach. It was very family friendly. We had one question while we were there, and a quick text resolved it. The owners were so attentive and pleasant. We cannot recommend this highly enough.

Very Clean property 2 blocks from the beach. Love Brigantine and loved this house. Each bedroom had it’s own bath for privacy. Elevator is a life saver with your groceries. Only went for a long weekend, will definitely go back again. Sandy is a great host…

Beautiful House Close to beach

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to coffee shop, Italian sandwich shop, beverage store and beach store. The walk to beach is short. We walked to 13th street beach ( instead of 12th) since that is where you can swim. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes , cups, pitchers, utensils, pots n pans, etc. The house had lots of beach chairs , boogie boards and carts. Sandra was very responsive in all communications .

Wonderful stay

The house was beautiful! It had everything we needed. We were able to use the beach stuff - chairs, umbrellas, toys. Sandra was very easy to communicate with. excellent stay!

Beautiful house and location.

The pictures and description of the house does not do it justice. This is a beautiful house and a fantastic location. It is 3 floors, but has an elevator, which was amazing. The bottom floor has a living area with arcade Pac-Man and NBA Jam which was so cool. The garage is filled with beach stuff, and bikes. Two bedrooms with each their own bath and laundry round out the downstairs. The second floors has two king masters. The mini master has it's own small porch, and the main master has a huge covered porch and an office area - the room and bathroom are huge! The top floor has top notch kitchen, two living areas, half bath, and a large balcony. All the furniture is beautiful and comfy. The place was spotless when we arrived. Sandy was so helpful and responsive throughout. The house is only a few houses from a gorgeous beach, and only a couple of blocks from Laguna Grill - fun beach bar. There are also other food and shops within walking distance. We would stay here again!

Fan-double-tastic Experience

Truly lovely property in an amazing location. My family and I simply enjoyed every moment together here with another family of close friends. Spacious enough to keep the kids all on one level to let the adults unwind and take in the great views of Brigantine and Atlantic City. Just a couple minutes from the beach made it easy for us to go to and from as needed throughout the day. Can’t wait to go back!

Great house and perfect location!

The house was comfortable and well appointed with plenty of space for all. The large upper and lower decks were perfect hang out spots to enjoy the breeze and the short walk to the beach was terrific!

Perfect Summer Getaway!

This rental was amazing! The house was very clean upon arrival and very spacious. We loved how close it was to the beach access and many shops/restaurants. The top floor had a very large kitchen, bathroom and two tv rooms that fit all of the guests perfectly. The top deck was a perfect spot to grill, relax and watch the sunrise/sunset each day. We really enjoyed how each bedroom had it's own bathroom and an ample amount of sleeping space. The elevator was definitely a plus for the older guests, as well as getting all of our luggage in and out of the rental. Also, plenty of parking space including a garage equipped with bikes, beach games and other beach necessities. This house had a beachy, relaxing feel to it and allowed you to feel right at home! We will definitely be coming back next year!!
