This beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a large 3 story duplex. Home is just 100+ steps to beach entrance. First floor for rent has a quite front porch to enjoy ocean breezes at night and People watching- walkers going and coming from beach. Rear private patio/barbecue area with an outside large enclosed shower that accommodates guest for outside family fun. Is a smoke free and pet free unit with a nice bright beachy decor. Interior consists of a large 3 sofa living room one is sofa bed) with entertainment center, full bath, full eat-in kitchen, 2 large bedrooms w/ queen beds, plus utility room with modern washer and dryer & room to store bikes and toys, and small game room with add sofa bed. Installed new air conditioning system three years ago. Rear patio has table & chairs for 6 with grill to cook full dinners and grassy yard offers a play area and room to stretch out. The rear yard is a real plus with children to play in a fenced yard. Adults like the privacy and relaxing features after a day at the beach. A night out back is one less day on the Boardwalk. Includes two off street parking pads. We have rented 100% of the Summer weeks for the past 11 years in a row. Families like the closeness to the beach so they can bring kids back to house easily and leave beach chairs at beach set up.
CLEANING: As per house Rules- guest are expected to clean upon move out. This includes cleaning all sinks, tub and toilet, run vacuum, take trash out. Every week the unit is cleaned thoroughly for next guest beyond this typical cleaning. The beds are comfortable, the living room sofas are comfortable, kitchen and bath are immaculate and modern. Owner lives upstairs and is available for any needs. Bill has provided accommodations like as if you were at home, and not in a condo setting.

Love the property… The owner Bill was great. It is a bit of a hike to the actual water for those who might have a harder time walking a distance. Lovely little island.

Great Location

The property is a great location. Bill the owner was quick and responsive. Perfect for a small family or two couples. We would definitely stay again. The beach was beautiful.

We will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful, inside and out. We had such a wonderful time! Bill was so helpful the entire time we were there. We absolutely loved being able to sit outside and smell the ocean while cooking dinner on the grill and playing with our kids! We will definitely be booking again!

We had a family reunion in this quaint beach town outside Atlantic City. This 2 bedroom first floor met our needs on a quiet street. No dishwasher, so we bought plastic cups and plates. Be prepared to bring your own towels though. Bill, the owner was very nice.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This stay was so great! Couldn't ask for a better location; just a very short walk to the beautiful soft sand, and crashing waves of the Jersey shore. This is a quiet beach with no boardwalk, so even on a "busy" day it feels like you almost have the beach to yourself. There are plenty of gift shops right in Brigantine and there is no need to leave the island once you are on. However, Atlantic City's steel pier and boardwalk are just a short drive away. The host and I did have a slight miscommunication, however the issue was resolved. Most importantly he was extremely accommodating and really took the time to ensure we had everything needed for a much needed family vacation.

Pleasant stay

Bill is a fantastic host. He greeted us when we arrived and checked in periodically to see if everything was alright, which we really appreciated. When he learned that we were hosting our son's future in-laws for lunch, he came by with a bottle of prosecco and champagne glasses. That was above and beyond! The apartment itself is spacious and well laid out, but a little basic. For example, there is no dishwasher, and a few standard items were missing, like a can opener, which sometimes happens at the end of the season. The backyard is lovely, but unfortunately, the picnic table is right next to the air conditioner compressors, so the noise made it unpleasant to eat out there. The front porch is great, though, so we dined out there. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach.

Two friends and I had a great week long stay at Bill’s place!

Renting from Bill was a total breeze! Bill was very communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed for our week at his house! The house was clean and a very short walk to the beach, and we took full advantage of the BBQ and outdoor shower while at the house!

Owner was extremely helpful, and easy to contact.

Very close to beach. First floor condo, no steps was great. You have use of the back yard to yourself to sit outside and bbq if you want with large table and chairs. Comfortable stay indeed.

Phenomenal Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved our stay in Brigantine! The house was clean and comfy!! Bill was great, so helpful and friendly!! Cannot beat the location!! It was front door to fully set up sitting in your chair under an umbrella in well under 10 minutes!! We would definitely return!!

Best Beach Property Ever!

The property couldn't have be more convenient. Less than a half a block from the entrance to the beach. It is within walking distance of several activities e.g. pickle ball and minstrel golf. The apartment is cheerful and has a great outdoor cooking and eating area. William Snyder and his family were very welcoming.

Very nice

The unit is on the first floor and is very nice for a family of 4. The bedrooms are a good size and the backyard with the grill and furniture is great.

Great Brigantine Stay

Perfect space for my family of four plus one friend! Bill made everything easy. He checked in by text occasionally and answered any questions we had along the way. The house is close to the beach path and within walking distance of Aunt B’s. Easy to get to Acme and CVS if you forgot anything. The house was clean. The backyard was lovely and the out door shower made life easy. Thanks again!

The house was advertised almost on the beach by the Time you got through the dunes it wasn’t close at all. House furniture was old and dirty. No one cleaned the house before we got there we had to. Beds were old bathroom very small. Won’t return

Location! Location! Location!

Location is perfect at this rentall, a few houses from the beach., making it ideal to be able to leave your beach gear setup and go back and forth to the house. Bill was great! Very accommodating!

Summer 2020

Bill was attentive to our needs, checking in with us throughout the week to make sure everything was running well. Property was close to the beach and the outdoor shower was a plus. Great backyard for the kids to play safely. Overall we had a nice trip. I did provide Bill with some recommendations when we checked out and I am sure he will look into them and work on getting these things addressed.

Everything was Fantastic

Great location right at the end of Ocean Ave. Quick walk to the beach and easy access to shopping and food. Property was just as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Owner was on site and very nice. Very quiet street. Property had everything we needed and more. Will definitely choose to stay again when in the area for sure!

Everything We Wanted in a Beach House

We were so lucky to find this hidden gem! Everything WE wanted in a beach house, from the roomy interior for 5 to the outdoor spaces for chilling; from the convenience of an outdoor shower to the washer/drier; the location was perfect for our trip AND what a short walk to the beach! Thanks to Bill our trip was fantastic! We'll be back next year!!

Perfect beach block rental!

This is THE perfect rental for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to rest while relaxing on the beach and going into AC for a night. Bill was super kind and his place is fantastic.. We can’t wait to come back next year!

super location!!

Bill had the property ready when i arrived, was responsive to our needs, and allowed us to enjoy the full holiday as there wasn’t another renter coming in that day. This property is in a great location at the south end of the island with large uncrowded beaches. My family had a great Memorial Day weekend!

Very clean. Close to beach

We rented this apartment Memorial Day weekend for my daughters beach soccer tournament. Bill met us inside and took the time to walk us through and show us where everything was and how it works. Very clean and quiet. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this place again.

great vacation

This was the first time my daughters and I stayed at this property. The house was immaculate! The furniture was nice and comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked. Outside was a large yard with a patio and grill that made cooking easy after spending the day at the beach. Enjoyed sitting on front porch watching people walking to beach.

This apartment has nice size rooms with comfortable furniture, a full kitchen @ laundry, a full patio, full Comcast on tvs, and ........very close to the Beach. Rear patio is designed to help parents wash off kids in oversized enclosed shower, change clothes, put wet bathing suits in dryer, enter house through rear, and relax before dinner.
