Captain Gosnold Village is ideally located within a short walk from three of the Cape's best beaches and nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. This charming 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage has a front porch, a rear deck, lawn space, central air-conditioning, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully-equipped kitchen, freshly renovated in 2025 features a gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating with two sofas and a dining room table with 5 chairs. The master bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin (trundle bed). The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.

Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life.
