Like high speed wireless internet, unlimited local and domestic long distance telephone, satellite TV and DVD players, a gas grill, board games, a fully stocked spacious kitchen with coffee maker, and a separate main floor laundry room - we have you covered! The home even has 2 refrigerators, and an ice machine that can make up to 115 pounds of ice daily!

Bring your watercraft, rent one locally, or just enjoy the scenic views and wooded property. There is plenty of space for your whole family. Try fishing from the dock, swimming in the lake or just basking in the peace and quiet. There is private and easy access to the lake with your boat. We are located at an area of the lake where there is little traffic, making it great for skiing, tubing, fishing, or just a quiet and tranquil experience when spending time lakeside.

Enjoy a cookout on the back deck while viewing the lake, relax on the screened in porch below, have a beverage on the martini deck or spend time with your family on the spacious dock. The all glass deck railings won’t block your spectacular main channel view of the lake, even while relaxing on a lounger on the deck. There is ample room to spread out and enjoy your time here. Watch the sunset over the lake and once the sun goes down take advantage of the open floor plan this home has to offer. Play some games or just spend time relaxing.

There are 4 bedrooms total, main floor living and dining areas, as well as a family room downstairs. The master suite has a king size bed, large bathroom with tub/shower, very large walk-in closet and full length windows with a glass door out to the deck. The main floor also has a guest bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms each with a queen size bed, dressers and closets for your use and a shared bathroom with shower. Bedroom #4 is on the lower level and has a queen size bed, dresser, and full length windows. There is a full bathroom on this level, as well as a “wet” room to hang wet swimsuits and life vests! This is where the ice machine and fridge #2 are located.

The fishing-themed, lower level family room is complete with satellite TV, a DVD player and leather furniture. There are 2 one button inflate or deflate queen size air beds, for use in the lower level family room as well. The screened in lower deck provides furniture to relax in and enjoy the view.

We offer a small, community, private boat launch area with space to park and leave your trailer. This is very close to the home, only about ¼ mile. The home is located at the end of a dead end road. DO NOT BRING YOUR BOAT, JET SKI, OR EVEN THE EMPTY TRAILER TO THE HOUSE, YOU CANNOT TURN IT AROUND!!! The dock contains 2 boat lifts, 2 personal watercraft lifts, a dock locker, a swim deck with ladder, and ample furniture and shade. The dock is equipped with power and lighting, it has been safety inspected and everything brought to code in September of 2014. Gas “on the water” is available in about 2 miles in either direction.
