LAST MINUTE SPECIAL !!!!…Ground Floor, SoHo decorated. Huge Balcony-3 Bedroom

Watch the kids swim from your 469 sq ft balcony on this 1st floor unit that is just steps away from one of three pools. Don't bother waiting on an elevator, walk right into your unit. Walk in from the 8ft sliding glass doors of the balcony into the 9ft ceilings of the Living/Dining Room (13'8' x 25'11') on one side or the Master Bedroom (12' x 14'3') on the other.


The kitchen opens up to the Living/Dining Room and features Granite countertops, Tile floors, a Breakfast bar, Built-in microwave, Refrigerator w/ice maker, and a dishwasher. All appliances are made of Stainless Steel. The Second Bedroom (11'6' x 10'3') is separated from the Master Bedroom by its own bathroom along with the Master Bathroom. The Bunk room is in the front and is a perfect hideaway. The Master and Second Bedroom has a TV/DVD. The Bunk Room has a DVD player. There is carpeting in all bedrooms.

Should you feel the urge to exercise, just 2 doors down is the on-site fitness facility which has various cardio machines, free weights and a multi-station workout gym. There is also a steam room and sauna.


Ariel Dunes is located in the Seascape Resort with access to over 2,000 ft of powder white sand, emerald green waters, a championship 18-hole golf coarse, eight tennis courts and more. Just east you'll find the Largest Designer Outlet Center and just west is the fabulous Destin Commons Mall. You are minutes away from fine or casual dining and elegant boutiques and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Dine at Cabana Café which is on-site.

This is a family vacation rental and we do not rent to vacationing students. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

The accommodations were very nice, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We really enjoyed the pool view and loved relaxing on the patio. Just a heads-up for future guests: the kitchen is quite minimal — there was no salt and there weren’t enough forks. If you plan on cooking, it’s a good idea to reach out to the property owner to see if what they have available will meet your needs.

This was an amazing vacation rental. The first floor was perfect and the resort had everything we could ask for. The location was great and the house was fully stocked with all the necessities. Debra was an excellent host and quick to respond to all questions. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Enjoyed the rain

Even though it rained everyday on our vacation, the patio was amazing. Enjoyed our outside time and then enjoyed games on the patio. Great Condo , will rent again!!! It was great!!

2nd Year Even Better

Second year renting the same condo. Felt like we were coming home. Location and amenities were great. Water exercise every morning and long walks on the beach to our favorite happy hours. Perfect for us.

Nice stay

Comfortable place to stay while on vaca. Ground floor with parking near the front door. Pool view and quick walk to the beach. This place needs a cosmetic face lift. The kitchen cupboard paint is peeling off badly. Some are taped to try to hold the paint on. No knobs so when you open, the jagged paint jabs your fingers. The outside patio cushions need to be replaced. The furniture inside is very nice. Beds are comfortable. The unit comes with beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to haul your items down to the beach. That was great!

Great place to stay

If you don’t want to stay in the busiest part of Destin, this location at Miramar Beach is wonderful. Seascape Ariel Dunes is a short walk to the beach, good sized pools right outside the door, and plenty of parking. Lots of close by amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Property owners were very attentive and were easy available when we needed anything. Highly recommend this location.

Great location

The property was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for cooking and a nice place to unwind after our daily activities. Beach chairs were provided. Short 5 to 8 min walk to beach, Or quick drive and easy beach access. First floor right next to the pool. Close to Winn Dixie and between 16 to 20 min from harbor walk and Baytown village. One of the bed room blinds wouldn't go all the way down and didn't have curtains. So it was bright while sleeping and I had to hang up towels for privacy. In addition, they had cable but was unsure if streaming could be connected. But overall was a great stay! Would recommend.

Exactly what we needed.

We decided to escape from the winter blues and spend a month in Destin. The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean and the location was perfect. I attended morning water exercise class and met several really nice women who gave me lots of information about restaurants, grocery stores, biking trails, etc. The staff at Ariel Dunes II were so kind and helpful. Our stay was so nice that we have already reserved it for next year. Thanks for a great time.

Convenient Location

Being on the ground floor and beside the pool was very nice with the children. The dining table and chairs were very uncomfortable but there is a large table on the patio that worked well. The couch and chairs on the patio need new cushions. We did have a problem with having no sheets for the sofa bed for the first night. I contacted Debra and she had housekeeping bring some the next day. Housekeeping didn't get them there until we were getting children ready for bed. Overall, the condo worked well for us. If you want a less crowded beach, there are two state parks close. Also snorkeling at the Destin jetties is just a short drive.

Destin stay

Loved being in the first floor! The super huge covered deck was amazing! The unit could use some new carpet but has had some updates. Tip for future guests: bring toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. The unit did not have any extra. The location was close to so many fun things to do! Great stay!

Everything you could want for a great beach vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first VRBO vacation booking in Destin. The beach was a very short walk away with beach toys and chairs being provided, the condo itself was clean and perfect for our family and lastly the condo having 3 pools and a gym just steps away made it the perfect stay for a great price. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Debra was exceptional with communication and answering any questions before and during our stay. This place and the hosts easily get 5 stars from us, thank you again for making our vacation great!

Great location

Had a lovely time. Only negative is that kiitchen cabinet doors need to be replaced due to vinyl coating peeling off of them. Owners are very easy to reach when necessary. First floor is a big bonus.

Florida vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Plenty of places to eat close by. And being on the first floor made it super easy to come and go; didn’t have to mess with an elevator. The master bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again

Family beach vacation

Nice property for price. Large patio for family was a plus. Property a little run down but, great for family with kids. Maids could have done a better job of cleaning for cleaning fee they charge. I don’t think owner visits the property much.

Fun in the sun

Check in was simple, place was clean and so comfortable. The location to the pool was awesome and the patio was so amazing. I wish the condo would have been closer to the beach but the walk wasn’t bad at all. The washing machine was a little loud and didn’t work that well but that wasn’t something that would dampen all the good stuff.
