1300 ft2, very spacious townhouse, two bedrooms with a king size bed in the open loft-style master bedroom and queen size in the downstairs bedroom.
Immerse yourself in the magic of Kauai through this conveniently located townhouse in the heart of the Master Planned Princeville Resort on Kauai's North Shore. Nestled between the breathtaking Prince and Makai Golf Courses and adjacent to the 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas, it makes for a perfect place for your dream vacation. Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining, beautiful tropical beaches with breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous hiking trails. The quiet and tranquil location makes it a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day of exploring the beauty of Kauai.

We have CableTV, and fast internet / WiFi set up for you.

We've tried to provide for all the common beach accessories including a couple of boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, etc. Please understand that these are provided for free for your use, and we cannot always immediately replace an item broken by the previous guest (just not enough time). There is a BBQ outside at the patio as well. This unit is at the end of Puamana, right across the Westin, and right by the forest trail that goes down to Anini Beach. Note that it’s a hiking trail and thus not suitable for everyone.

Enjoyable Week in Kauai

We had a great time in this rental, and the included beach gear was very useful. Checking in and out was a breeze and communication with the owner was fast. It has been fairly well maintained and cleaned pretty good, as it’s been well used by many renters. We did see a few roaches as forewarned in the description - you’re in a tropical area, so you are going to see bugs. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an affordable place in a beautiful area.

Great stay in Princeville

Great location to all the north has to offer. Very quiet area surrounded by beautiful foliage. Can grab a bite or drink just a stroll out your front door at the Westin. Enjoyed our stay and host was easy to communicate with.

Exceptional

Perfect location to beaches, restaurants, grocery market, hikes, golf etc. Clean townhouse that is well kept with plenty of space. Peter, the host was very kind and responded to all our questions with patience. The beaches nearby are gorgeous and mesmerized us. There is plenty of beach gear including snorkels, fins, boogie boards, children beach toys. We loved Kauai and our home away from home and hope to return and stay in the very same townhome again next year. Thank you Peter!

We had a great time staying at this property for 3 weeks. The property is exactly as listed with a few added perks - the condo was very well stocked with everything we could have asked for! We highly recommend!

Walking distance to perfect calm quiet beach for kids and snorkeling

Great location next to the Wyndham. 15 minute walk through tree covered trail to calm and quiet Anini beach. Low waves and warm waters great for toddlers and snorkeling. The owner responds quickly and is very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The place itself is comfortable and convenient.

Nice Princeville Townhouse

Excellent location near the trailhead for the steep trail to Wyllie's Beach. House was clean and well equipped with beach gear. We were happy to find a rice cooker in the kitchen cabinet. Communication with Peter was great. He responded quickly to all our messages.

Nice condo in a lush, quiet part of Kauai

Condo was clean, stocked with beach gear, all the kitchen gadgets you'll ever need, fast internet, new appliances, comfortable beds.the location of the condo is well ventilated, so as to make a/c unnecessary. Anini Beach is a short walk away. Owner is very attentive and communicative.

Perfect Princeville stay

We were fortunate to come across this property in Princeville. Centrally located near shopping, dining, beaches and more. Lovely accommodations that had everything you could ask for in comfort and convenience. Fully stocked kitchen as well as laundry in the unit. Refreshed bathrooms, and nice island decor. Property manager was responsive and timely with communication. Would definitely consider this again for a future stay on Kauai. Mahalo!

Princeville - June 2023

Perfect spot for our family. The listing was accurate...the home was just as expected. Very clean, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. WiFi was on dependable. And the beach gear in the storage came in handy! Manager kept in communication to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend.

Fabulous Princeville Townhouse

A gorgeous perfect stay in Kauai! My husband and I stayed here after a wedding on the big island and couldn’t have been more pleased with this clean, spacious, well outfitted townhouse. Peter was an amazing host, reassuringly communicative and hospitable from a’far. You will love the location, near one of the most gorgeous beaches and all the natural splendor of the garden isle, as well as walking distance to Princeville Center, a mini-village for groceries, amenities. Thank you Peter for such a happy and memorable home away from home. ❤️

Great place very easy stay.

14 day stay on Kauai was highlighted by the 5 days we spent in this condo. Bbq worked out awesome, the two 12 year old boys really enjoyed the beach toys,snorkel gear and especially the Apple TV at night. Great touches like games in the cabinet for the family. We have been home 3 days and we are planning our next stay at this same condo as I write this review. Communication was great very professional. Thank you Peter

Everything we needed!

I always agonize a little bit, trying to choose a vacation rental. Until you arrive, you are really never sure if you chose correctly. We Did!! This rental is right next door to the Westin Princeville, and very conveniently located. The unit is very private and the grounds are lovely. The condo is very well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could not believe the amount of beach equipment available in the cabinet on the patio! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this vacation rental!

Beautiful Condo!!

My friends and I loved staying at this condo!! It had plenty of space for us to spread out! The beach gear was super convenient! The location was super nice since it is tucked away in a corner. This provided extra privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Checking in and out was a breeze! And the host was very communicative! The only thing that came as a surprise was there not being AC. We had assumed having a thermostat meant there would be AC, but that is our bad for not reading more deeply into the listing to find where it said no AC. The ceiling fans definitely helped, but it was a bit toasty. We got used to it though and really enjoyed our stay.

Just book it!

Quiet condo with everything you will need. Open concept with loft master and separate spare room. Large washer and dryer. Private bbq. Just grab some food and spices and everything else you need is here. Cooking and baking ware, covered. Beach toys, snorkeling gear, coolers, and boogie boards, covered. Owners are private and no big corporate crap to deal with here. Fast responses and down to earth customer service. Only place we will stay on our next trip to Kauai. Only advice. When arriving, drive to the end of the road just before the other resort, and take a left. Park n the spaces marked 20. Condo is right in front of you. We came in at night and search for 30 minutes till we found the place. Our bad!

Great spatious place for a family of four

We really appreciated the open space with hight ceiling in the living room and the dinning room. The kitchen had all we expected and we loved to use the central island for breakfast or to cook. All rooms were bigger than they appear in the pictures, except for the bathroom upstairs, which was a must for the couple sleeping upstairs. The kids decided to sleep separated so we used the hight quality and confortable inflatable mattress and were able to leave it behind the couch during our stay with no problem circulating around. There we some moisture on the lanai, but we did not use it at all and let say it comes with the extraordinary luxurious vegetation on the garden Island so we didn’t care. Anyway , there is plenty to do outside during the day and we enjoyed the large tv to watch movies on apple tv at night. Peter was fast to answer all our questions. He made sure we were confortable and had all we needed. Very friendly and not complicated. It was close to the Kalalua trail and the fabilous Hanalei Bay beach which is the one we prefered on the island, but a bit far from the attractions of the south. But since we stayed only 5 nights, we prefered to stay in only one place and make the trip a couple times. For a longer stay I would probably choose a second place on the south ( close to Shipreck beach) but would definitivly keep 4-5 nights in that place.

It’s OK.

First of all, exchanging information is easy, very responsive, questions are answered immediately. Although we paid in full for 5 nights, we actually did not stay in the property primarily because of the OPEN LOFT area upstairs. (Please read the description and look at the pictures carefully.) There is not a door (hence, open loft) and noise from downstairs (kitchen and living room area) can easily be heard upstairs and vice versa. We needed a bedroom with a door that closed. At the last minute we had to find a different location at significant cost. I requested a full refund, which was declined. I was refunded the cleaning deposit. Otherwise, the property is “ok.” The lower price point is accurate for the property and the area. The condo is definitely older, looks “lived in”, and does not get direct sunlight into the living room area. The Puamana area of Princeville is congested (looks more like a housing development) but the location of this condo is at the very back end so it’s away from the most congested parts. If you’re not overly particular this property will probably be ok.

Condo très bien équipé, propre et conforme à l’annonce. Excellent Propriétaire, belle communication. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Nous y étions en famille avec une ado de 15 ans et 12 ans. Elles ont aussi adoré leur séjour.
