Three bedroom, three bath luxury Villa located in Princeville, Kauai with A/C! Just steps from the Makai Golf Course Country Club. Includes two master suites with king-size beds. First master suite has a walk-in shower and TV. The second master suite includes private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Third guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and adjacent full-size bath--located on the main level.

Our beautiful, newly renovated home will sleep six privately. The recently added mini-split AC instantly dehumidifies and cools each bedroom and main living areas. Many properties do not have A/C! Beds all have top of the line mattresses. Granite counter tops throughout. Full gourmet kitchen, entertainment center with HD big screen TV, DVD/BlueRay player, WIFI Internet, full-size stacked washer and dryer. All linens provided including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, attached one car garage, beach rinse off area; heated community pool with BBQ grill also just steps away. Dedicated parking space (owner's car stored in the garage).

The Villa offers a heated community pool and hot tub with community BBQ. Nearby: Golfing on The Makai Golf Course. The Princeville Center offers a grocery, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants and shops. Kilauea, with its majestic lighthouse and bird sanctuary, along with the quaint little town of Hanalei. More entertainment options include: numerous beautiful beaches, hiking the Kalalua Trail on the Na Pali coast, snorkeling and swimming, surfing world famous Hanalei Bay and 'Tunnels,' scuba diving, boating, windsurfing, ocean and river kayaking, helicopter tours, and horseback riding are all within a 10 minute drive. Other island activities include hiking the Waimea Canyon, which is referred to as 'The Grand Canyon of the Pacific,' deep sea fishing, boat excursions for whale and dolphin watching, bicycling, and boogie boarding. Don’t forget that rest and relaxation are also available!

We enjoyed our stay at #57! Communication was clear and timely, enjoyed the extra amenities like beach chairs, loved the living space so family could have room to hang out, and location was convenient to all activities!

Great Family Accommodation!

Wonderful property in the perfect location. Easy check-in, clean and well-cared-for property which was thoughtfully stocked with helpful items such as beach blankets, reusable shopping bags, and a wide range of kitchen appliances. A plus was the close proximity to the pool and hot tub-2 min walk! We would stay here again.

Amazing property!

This stay was an amazing experience. The owner could not have been nicer. The house offered everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were just across from the Villa. The grounds and views were stunning! The AC worked beautifully and they supplied everything we needed for our beach adventures. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a 5 star experience in Kauai!

I love this condo. It’s our second stay here. The host is so helpful and allowed an early check in. The beds are so comfortable and the air conditioning is so good that it’s hard to get up. Fortunately the beautiful Hanalei beach calls to you so you hop out of bed totally refreshed! Chickens are so welcoming! This condo has so many amenities that you really won’t need to buy anything. Lots of beach equipment, towels, coolers, san castle building toys and even sun screen! The views are beautiful and the location is very quiet. Very close the best beach in the world. Enjoy your stay!

Best place to stay!

The condo was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and made us feel right at home. Kitchen equipment was kept in great condition and some extras were there for our use such as beach towels, beach chairs, cooking basics…we would choose this condo again to stay at!

Great setup for accommodating the entire family!

Minor issue upon arrival (cleanup from prior guests was incomplete) was quickly and effectively handled by owner. The property and amenities were excellent and well located for north shore activities. Our family had a great time and would definitely use this place again!

Wonderful home in Princeville

Bryan's home in Princeville was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Every room had air conditioning as well which made the home a perfect temperature while we slept. We would gladly stay here again.

Very beautiful home in a very beautiful place

Bryan was very communicative and helpful. Our stay was wonderful. The home was well stocked with everything you could want to make your trip to Kauai easy and fun. Lots of beach supplies available to borrow for 7 wonderful days on the most beautiful beach in the world. The home was well decorated and the beds were soooo comfortable. We truly loved our visit and can’t wait to go back!

Great place for family

Stayed here 7 nites and loved it, especially the mini-split ac’s in each bedroom and common area. Beds were very comfortable and large, and plenty of bathrooms for all of us. Appreciated the beach towels and having a washer/dryer available as it allowed us to pack less. View from the front is amazing and very close to the “public” beach areas in Princeville. So much to do in Kauai and this as our home-base made the trip that much easier. If we ever come back, I would definitely look at staying here again!

Wonderful place to unwind

A great place for a family of six to enjoy our annual vacation at a location that we love (Princeville). The spacious condo was well equipped for cooking as well as playing, including beach gear. Our only gripes were a minor maintenance issue on our first day and the proximity to the street. On the whole, we would return to this property and recommend it.

Wonderful Home and Location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home in Princeville! The perfect location for all of our excursions on the north side of Kauai. Wonderfully spacious living area for our five adult family members. Two large master bedrooms were perfect for the two married couples. The third bedroom was perfect for the one single but could easily accommodate a couple. The host is fantastic. An absolutely wonderful experience all in all!

Perfect Family Vacation Property!

This was amazing for our family of 6, with kids age 4-17. Plenty of space and stocked with everything you could think of to make our trip amazing! It was in an amazing area within walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Queen’s Bath (although Queen’s Bath was closed when we were there). Beautiful surroundings, pool and dumpster conveniently across from the unit. All we had to do was bring ourselves and groceries. We loved this property and will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for having such a wonderful property!

It was a nice place. Unfortunately one of the showers had trouble with the hot water, the condo was not very clean upon arrival and there were some issues with water bugs/roaches on the counters and floors the first two nights. After some deep cleaning and putting out traps we had fewer bug issues the rest of our trip. Overall we liked the location, the condo, and the amenities. The communication with the owner was great and the check in/out process was easy.

If one is sensitive to heat, as I am, you will appreciate this condo. There are mini splits in each of the three bedrooms as well as the main living area. All beds are quite comfortable. We especially love the swimming pool here. Nothing fancy, just a lovely, quiet place to swim laps, exercise or relax. Our grandson in particular likes this pool. He and his parents live in nearby Kilahuea and stayed with us off and on while we were here. The owner, Bryan, is very reachable and immediately attentive to any needs that might arise.

Beautiful House. Great Amenities but Warm.

Pros: beautiful house. Big. Great location. Great amenities. Cons: VERY Hot in the house. The only AC was a portable in 2 of the bedrooms which were really loud and gave off a bad smell. Upstairs in main area was over 80- 90 degrees during the day. No AC there. Just a fan. There were some bug issues and geckos in the house so if you don’t like those you may want to stay elsewhere. I would have rated much higher if it wouldn’t have been so hot in the house. Overall it was a beautiful house but very warm inside it.

Large, Well Stocked Townhome

Very comfortable home, with lots of space for a family or group. We stayed for seven weeks, half the time during a very hot spell, though we never used the AC units as the fans did a pretty good job of cooling down the house with the windows and doors opened. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything you could need, as was the rest of the house -beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, water shoes, coolers of different sizes, grocery bags, pack n play, dvds, puzzles, board games, books, etc., all in good condition. There were cleaning supplies at the house too. Close drive to Hanalei and Anini Beaches. Longer walks to beaches: Hideaways, Sealodge, Puu Poa, and Wyllie's. Bryan was very responsive to communications and is a very attentive homeowner. Highly recommend his house.

Nice place

Villa was well maintained and fully furnished and the price was very good. Very nice pool that is salt water and always clean and well maintained. Beds downstairs are big and very comfortable. Smart TV upstairs with wireless internet connection so we could watch our netflix account. We had access to body boards, snorkel gear, and beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. There was even a shop vacuum to get all the sand out of my rental car. My nitpicks are the villa overlooks a secondary access road for the Princeville complex and can get noisy when they open the gate at 5AM. It would have been nice if the villa would have provided a stock of hand soap and toilet paper. We stayed for a month and had to buy our own once it ran out. Some of the pots and pans need replacing as the no-stick surfaces are damaged.

Great place to stay with a great location!

We were incredibly lucky to find the property. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath close to everything the north side of the island has to offer. Close to Lumahi, Tunnels, Hanalei, Anini, and our favorite hideaways beach. It was well stocked and Bryan was an incredible host. It had beach toys and everything we needed for our stay. The unit is also right across from the pool. I could not recommend this place more.

I have been vacationing on Kauai my whole life. It is been a life long dream to own a 2nd home on the north shore. Bryan picked the Villas of Kamali'i due to it's central location to north shore beaches.

The north shore of Kauai has the most beautiful beaches in the world. Many of them are remote and many times we are the only people on them. The surfing and snorkeling here is awesome and hiking the Kalalau Trail is absolutely breath taking! The atmosphere is that of old Hawaii. We are delighted to be able to share this experience with our guests.
