Views Views Views! Recently updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with gorgeous vineyard views. Our home is located near the charming town of Yountville surrounded by award winning Restaurants and wineries. Come relax by the pool with a glass of wine overlooking the gorgeous vineyard and mountain vistas.

Home Amenities
This single level home features a Master suite featuring King size bed and access to outdoor deck for a romantic breakfast with a view. The other 3 bedrooms feature queen and king sized beds and a bathroom with a soaking tub.
When you are not resting in the comfort of the well appointed and comfy bedrooms, you can enjoy the views from the comforts of the living and family rooms. The spacious chef s kitchen and a large dining room leave your culinary possibilities endless.

Set your feet outdoors and you will find nature lovers paradise with rose gardens, seasonal veggie/fruit tree garden and a number of hidden gems like gazebos and seating areas to enjoy the views and soaring birds. During the summer months you can cool off in the pool (not heated but 82 during warm summer months) or swing in a hammock under the shade of the majestic oak tree.

Location + Activities
Our home is centrally located and a short drive/bike ride or even a walk to many wineries, world class restaurants and parks/hikes. Hop in a car and you are minutes away from Napa, Oakville, Rutherford, St. Helena and 30 mins to Calistoga.

Location is 5 stars, property could use some work

You cannot beat this location which is walkable to some wineries and a very short drive to downtown Yountville. The property itself needs work and wasn’t worth the four figure price per night. The good - our group loved the backyard and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we could not get one of the smoke alarms to stop beeping. Needs improvement - the house was not as clean as it should have been. The towels smelled like mildew, light fixtures had cobwebs, and the white bath mats looked dirty upon arrival. The pool accessories were thrown all over the garage. While the backyard view is great, the outside of the property needs some TLC. The house lacked a regular coffee pot which was a big negative for members of our group.

Views, Location, Amenities and for sure the Location !

We are a family of 5 and were visiting the Grand parents and this house was perfect ! The kids and all of us loved the amenities such as the Ping Pong Table, Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit and looking for Geckos in the Garden. The location was perfect, 5 minutes drive to downtown Yountville, Rutherford Grille, Whole foods in Napa, etc. There is a fantastic large TV and sounds system in the Family room for watching movies together. The house has been updated in some areas which as nice. Tips for those staying: Buy a cheap spatula, kitchen only had small plastic ones, for master shower use the hand wand it has better water pressure for washing your hair. There was an issue with the Hot tub and our host made sure it was fixed the same day, which was greatly appreciated. Communication with our host was always great before our trip and during. Odette Vineyard is like 1.5 - 2 miles from the house and is really nice. Highly recommend going to Amizetta vineyard, fantastic views and wine ! Caution on Inglenook vineyard, they require vaccine proof for 12 year old and older for anyone that will be on their property, which wouldn't be a problem except they notified us when we were flying in a plane to California so they cancelled our tasting reservation... which was very disappointing. Last, checkout Brasswood Bar and Bakery, It's 15 minutes away but the food is amazing and they can seat large parties where other restaurants couldn't. The Mozzarella on toasted bread appetizer was fantastic and they do a great job on pasta and seafood. Hope you all enjoy the house as much as we did. We'll be back.

Napa vacation

Awesome house in an awesome location. Will definitely stay there again in the future when visiting. Great pool and hot tub. House is terrific.

Paid lots of money for the pool and the view

The property looks like it hadn’t been worked on in a while! Ping pong table was broken, the pool toys were just thrown in the garage, hot tub smelled, broken lights on the ground over by the fire pit, left over open food in the fridge and freezer. House looked clean but it didn’t feel clean and when we cooked dinner the ants came out We enjoyed the pool and the view but for the amount of money we paid we were super disappointed

A special little spot!

We loved staying here and are sad to go! The owners are very polite and responsive, the house is so fun!! Clean and open with lots of beautiful views and pool time. We will definitely stay here again. We feel like we found a hidden gem

Simply lovely!

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The spacious layout is perfect for two families of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the view of endless vineyards is breathtaking. The property could use a little updating but the owners look like they are starting to do this little by little. There is so much potential here. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and are grateful for our time there.

Views and pool area are outstanding, we spent a ton of time out there. Kitchen is great for cooking and hanging out. Exterior of the property could use some TLC, although still a great location. Thanks for the memories, our family had a blast!

High School Friends Visit Napa

Eight of us visited the Napa area in mid-late February and had an absolutely fabulous time. Part of the reason for our success was this home. The home was situated in a great place for what we wanted to do. The views from the pool/hot tub area were absolutely perfect. We spent most of the mornings watching the sun come up, hanging out drinking coffee and talking about the day/night before. We wrapped up most evenings in the same place (or around the fire pit) continuing to enjoy the company and watching the stars. The kitchen was a nice set-up and had most of what we needed. The only hing that we noticed that was missing was a toaster but we were able to improvise and use the broiler. We had a chef cook for us one evening and he said that the setup was great and in fact better than most of the rental houses that he has cooked at. The house could use a little updating and the water pressure in the showers could be improved. However, the overall experience was exactly what we needed and worked great for our group. When we come back, this property would definitely be a consideration to be rented again. Lastly, the location was very good. Right on Silverado Trail and close to many wineries, the towns of Yountville and Napa.

Celebrating 50 with Friends

8 of us stayed here to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Great location to go to Yountville, Napa and Sonoma. Very clean and comfortable house. Kitchen is perfect to cook in and hang out. Perfect house for 8 people.

Great location

Amazing location in the heart of Napa. Every morning was as treat watching the sun come up on the vines with Hot Air Balloons in the distance. Owners were very responsive to any questions/requests.

Convenient to Yountville and Wineries

Comfortable house that is a great spot to base visits to the surrounding vineyards. View is tremendous and the pool area is nice. Interior and furnishings could use some updating and TLC, but still clean and comfortable

Perfect location

We were a group of 7 (couples and friends) visiting Napa for a relaxing weekend in wine country. The property could not be situated in a better location to access all the vineyards that Napa has to offer. Also, the 5min ride into yountville for numerous restaurants at your fingertips. The property was situated on the outskirts of a vineyard, with long views of the surrounding hillsides. A great way to start your day with a coffee outside on the patio. The check in/out process was incredibly easy as well. This was helpful as we didn’t arrive until very late at night. I would highly recommend this property to others.

this was the perfect place to stay if you want access to all that Napa has to offer in the Yountville, Rutherford and Oakville areas. Nothing is too far and the house was amazing. We look forward to our next visit. Perfect place and location!

Wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property was extremely clean, well-stocked, beautiful view and in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool, the outdoor grills, and access to some great wineries (within walking distance)

Amazing Family Vacation Space

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful property for 4 days. Big group of 8 - 3 generations, 2 cars, ages 3 to 66. We all had a blast! My kids kept calling it "The Family House". So clean and warm and inviting. Milena was very responsive both before and during the trip. This is a wonderful location - so close to Yountville, which is our new favorite place. We couldn't skip a morning trip to Bouchon Bakery! It's also incredibly central to so much wine tasting. We did Napa, Yountville, Rutherford and St. Helena. A few in the group ran the Napa to Sonoma half marathon and this was a wonderful place to celebrate and come back to at the end of each day. Gorgeous views in the morning as well. The one drawback was the Wi-Fi. It was very spotty. Most of us were in full vacation mode, but we had 2 that needed to send things off for work. That was a bit of a challenge, but there are plenty of coffee shops 5 minutes away in Yountville! A lovely vacation, enjoyed by all. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Location is everything!

Very comfortable and exceptionally well stocked home smack in the middle of the Napa Valley. Owners were great to work with and provided a wealth of great advice. Highly recommended!
