Can sleep 4 people comfortably cottage is neat and clean and fully furnished.
Cottage includes 2 bedrooms -(1 Queen size bed, 1 with Bunkbed top and bottom) and a lazy boy sleeping sofa.
Has a nice kitchen, floors and full size bathroom with shower and plenty of storage.
WiFi access, propane heat, A/C, cable, TV, all appliances and utensils.
**Out front we have a 32 ft. long by 4 foot wide aluminum dock with swimming ladder.
**Also a Propane grill, picnic table, fire pit, chairs, 3 kayaks and a canoe.
Plenty of room for parking (3-4 vechicles) (1-2 trailer hitch)

Grimes Glen Park- Naples; hiking trails, 2 waterfalls, second one nice for swimming.
Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area: Open year round, Panoramic Views of Honeoye Lake and countryside; picnic areas, hiking trails.
Naples High Tors, hiking, biking trails ranging from novice to expert; Wildlife Management Area-Diverse Habitats and Hiking Trails.
Honeoye State Boat Launch located off East Lake Rd. at South end of lake.

Honeoye Lake is one of the " little lakes of the finger lakes," offering water activities, fishing, tubing, watersking, kayaking, paddleboat. Relaxing, bon fires beautiful views, sunsets, and so much more.
Hemlock Lake offers a big park with picnic tables and beautiful view.
