Newly renovated house sleeps 13 people but could sleep 15 if you use the sleeper sofa. Five bedrooms and located just two blocks from the beach. Large dining room with table that seats 12. Internet available and cable tv. Outside patio with grill and table allows for alfresco dining. Outdoor showers available and driveway parking. Master bedroom complete with king size bed and private bath. Large front porch complete with rocking chairs.

Please note this is a family house and we do not allow Prom rentals or weekend rentals below age of 25. Please contact us directly with questions.

Had a great time. House was located within walking distance to beach, boardwalk, Asbury with all the shops and the farmers market. House was roomy and comfortable for the 11 of us. Parking wasnā€™t an issue as we were able to get 3 cars in the driveway.

This was a great home for a family vacation. Kitchen well stocked, premises clean and the back yard a big plus for the little ones. Within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

Great family rental

This house was great for my family (6 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 1)! The location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk and had ample space and amenities for our stay to be together enough around the huge dining room table but also allow for separate time on the front porch, living room, or screened it back porch. The host was fast with responses and helpful every step of the way.

Great Place for a Large Group

We were 3 families with teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us. The third floor does get very hot and there is no bathroom on that level. Otherwise, location is great. The off street parking for everyone is a major plus. We would stay here again.

Good house for a group in OCNJ

Spacious property centrally located in ocean city. Stayed with several friends for a wedding. Pros: plenty of parking, only a few blocks from the beach, 5 separate bedrooms, lovely front porch, multiple dining tables that can fit a crowd, beach passes and other beach equipment, clean and generally well maintained Cons: 2 of the bedrooms are on a separate floor with no bathroom, no sheets or towels provided (this is common of most rentals in the area but still annoying), lots of stairs (if you have anyone with limited mobility)

The house is old with no locks on the one full bathroom that most of the house has to share. Doors are hard to close because house was so old. Three floors but with steel steps to climb with two bedrooms being at the very top of house. Air conditioning only works in the middle of the house so you have to freeze them out so you can have some relief in the two bedrooms upstairs. Our check out was 10 but owner stayed outside in their car for hours before check out watching us. Then owner (her name was Ryan) was going through our trash at one point-very weird. This house is cheaper than most to rent but you get what you pay for.

Great Stay in OCNJ!

My family and I have stayed in OCNJ each summer for over 45 years. As the years have passed and our family has grown (now 5 grandkids :-)), we rented several different homes as repeat customers. We were looking for a new place for 2023 to accommodate our expanded family. We wanted to find one where we hope to establish another long term year-over-year relationship and fits our needs. This home was exactly what we wished for. It is exactly as advertised, the owners are friendly and accommodating and the location (for our taste) are perfect. I highly recommend this home to all looking for a nice, comfortable place, that can host a larger family of both adults and children.

A lot of space but dirty!

Our stay started out with us not having any information on how to check in/enter the house (even after the check in time). I finally got a call back from someone letting me know the code to get in but we wasted a lot of time sitting in our cars waiting to hear from someone. The house was big and there are plenty of beds but you could tell nothing had been cleaned in a while. The dining table, kitchen counters, and stove all had food and dirt on them. The floors were filthy. And you could tell the bathrooms hadnā€™t been cleaned (dirty sinks, toilets, counters). My father in law went around cleaning a little while we unpacked but for what we paid for the house I would expect it to be clean! There are no sheets or towels which I wish would be more clear on the listing. Overall it was what we needed to accommodate our family but very disappointed in the stay.

Girls Weekend!

We had a fabulous time at this house! It is roomy and open and had plenty of space for talks, games, television, reading. So many great spots to hang out and super close to all the fun!

This place was perfectly located 2 blocks from the beach. Had tons of room, beds and sitting areas to spread out or enjoy time together. Bed were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with utensil/dishes. Totally would recommend this place.

Nice family vacation location

This home is a great location, short walk to the beach and downtown. We loved the large dining room table, and there is a nice size yard with plenty of table space to accommodate our group of 11. The front porch was also a great place to relax, used by our group mornings and evenings.

Great house for family get together.

Iā€™d highly recommend this house if you have younger kids with you. We had a group of several families with a total of 5 kids under the age of 10, and really wanted a place where they could play outside and get some energy out. This place was perfect, with a big fenced backyard where they could safely run around and play. There was plenty of space inside the house as well. Plus it was walking distance to the beach!

Charming and clean

Excellent location one black away from downtown Asbury and all of the shops. A few blocks to the beach and boardwalk. We stayed with two families. The dining room was large enough for all of us to dine together and we spent time in the large fenced in backyard with the little ones. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfy. Hosts were top notch. Definitely recommend.

Two avid beach lovers finally acquired a house two blocks from the beach. This house is a dream come true and filled with lots of love. Local owners and extremely responsive to the needs of renters.
