Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally). Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- This residence does not have A/C.
- The driveway to this residence has a significant slope. 4WD/AWD or chains are required for the driveway in the winter months.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
