Vacation at Falling Waters

Wonderful time at a wonderful location! Condo was beautiful and falling waters amenities were terrific! Would definitely visit here again!

Quiet, conveniently located, spacious home

This home is beautifully furnished, has a comfortable bed and and is fully equipped with everything you will need. The host is very responsive to any questions you may have. We look forward to returning in the future.

Falling Waters Heaven

Absolutely enjoyed our stay ! Condo definitely fit our needs . Very relaxing to enjoy our month ! Very friendly people in the Falling Waters community. Beautiful grounds, lazy river enjoyable! Felicia checked in with us shortly after our arrival . We would definitely return if condo available again !

MARCH 2024 VISIT

Condo was roomy and well stocked with necessary items. The resort was beautiful, well landscaped, and maintained. The lazy river was a big plus, a very nice area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. All people we met were very friendly. You will have a great time at Falling Waters Beach Resort....we highly recommend it.

A pleasant surprise

The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. In addition to the pool the lazy river feature was a huge plus. We enjoyed ability be away from it all, but still have easy access to all Naples can offer. Our host was easy to work with and the unit was spacious. We loved sitting on the large lanai each morning.

Our time in Beachwood Resort

The condo is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the community pools and worked out in the smaller pool. The unit is located between Marco Island and Naples, so we spent time in both places, renting a pontoon boat twice on Marco. Our host was quick to respond to the one short power loss in the complex which took out the internet. A new router was installed the next day and we were back up and running. A very nice place to spend a winter month.

Beautiful Condo in a Resort Setting

We could not have found a better place to stay for our January snowbird vacation. The condo contains everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The unit was clean, well maintained and beautifully appointed. From the oversized Lanai you can see straight up the lake with a view of various water features, 3 fountains and a volcano. Staying here was like being in a 5 star resort complete with a 600' lazy river. We felt like we were living in a beautiful, peaceful park. Yet many shops and restaurants were nearby to enjoy. We walked the grounds at night with no safety issues. All of our interactions with the owner were professional in nature. Felicia provided excellent customer service, was responsive, attentive and not at any time intrusive. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

Naples Excellence

Arrived and the AC was not working, owner had the HVAC guy there in hours, all perfect. Best location, 15 min to Marco, 15 min to downtown Naples. Pools were beautiful and we are trying to buy a condo in the same complex. Could not have been a better two weeks in Florida.
