This beachfront ground level vacation home has unobstructed ocean views from a twelve foot bay window. This two bedroom that sleeps six can be rented with the second level five bedroom that sleeps fourteen. Sit inside or on the outside patio of one of the larger properties in desirable south Mission Beach, and enjoy as you watch the world go by. This charming two bedroom unit sleeps up to six, bedroom one has a queen bed and cable TV, bedroom two has two twins and cable TV. There is another TV in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well equipped. The large shared beach front patio is set up with a minimum of four BBQ's, two gas and two charcoal grills. It has three picnic tables with umbrellas. and plenty of seating area for sunbathing, reading or just relaxing. There is a portable wood burning pit.
There are plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and a few bikes on a first come basis. There are two parking spots, large enough for two midsize vehicles, one in front of the other on a four car parking pad.
