Marshview Hideaway is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that has an open kitchen, dining and living floor plan. This home is situated on a secluded road and sits on a lovely marsh that has no houses on the other shore. Guests will enjoy views of egrets, marsh grass, and tall trees; it will be easy to forget that anyone else lives on Tybee. The house sits close to Tybee’s arts district with its boutiques, galleries, and dining. Two family restaurants – Huc-a-Poo’s and Gerald’s BBQ - are just a short walk away, as is the new Tybee Wedding Chapel. On foot, it is about 10 minutes to walk to the North beach, by car or bike it is almost nothing.

The living area has a decorative fireplace along with a large flat-screen TV which is mounted above the fireplace and newly updated furniture. It features a fully equipped large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a King size bed with a beautiful four-post bed, a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa, an attached primary bath, and a large screen mounted TV. The primary bedroom has French Doors that lead to a private balcony with peaceful Marsh views.

The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two double beds. The bedrooms are adjoined by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom. For additional sleeping, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.
